purchased this yesterday and its really well put together. it is definitely under priced. you can tell a lot of time and effort went into this project to make it as clean and good looking as it is.
I am still going through stuff and have yet to find something that cant be edited and altered to fit what i bought it for. Also learned a fair amount of how it was made by just going through and altering things to see how they react and change.
