Not working now for month. Hoped the recent update fixes things. Installed, Seamless Transition appears then nothing…. Installer Helpfile says: won’t Work with Windows 11 !!!
Can use transitions old fashioned way.,, but not really what I am looking for.
Will look for alternative transition provider

Mac OS with Premier Pro, I bought this plugin 3 months ago and never worked once. Keep getting error messages. Have spoken with Alex and Eugene at Replayer and they advised they were aware there is a wide spread problem and they are fixing it. Well, that was three months ago now. They both reply in good time and have excellent communication when I ask for updates but there is no end in sight and my last reply was ‘you will get an email when its fixed and ready to download…....
They did advise to get a refund initially but I thought as they were so responsive I will stand by them and wait, I wish I didnt.
Beware it may not work, on OS X Premier 2023 or later.
Heads up to anyone buying this. The plugin locks to your device with no way to deactivate remotely if you forget to log out before uninstalling. I’ve bought two licenses and now can’t use either. Support has gone silent after asking for a simple reset. Be careful before purchasing.
I click on Window > Extension > Seamless Transitions and nothing happens. It does not load the plugin.

I’m reaching out regarding Error 23, which indicates that I’ve exceeded the activation limit for my license. This is frustrating because I have only reinstalled my OS when absolutely necessary due to system problems, and I’m still using the same laptop.
At no point was I informed that I needed to deactivate my account before reinstalling. Now, I’m unable to use the software I paid for, which feels quite unfair.
Can you help me reset my activation limit? I’d appreciate any flexibility on this issue. If needed, perhaps you could escalate this to the website’s support team.

How many times I can activate license? And what happen if I had to ex. reinstall OS or BIOS (hardware fingerprint will change)
