Hi, I have downloaded the updated asset again from videohive (videohive-zQRDTsgI-glitch-handy-transitions.zip), I follow your video to use in Premiere Pro (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Shgpyk7cYB0)—> I transfer into the Motion Bro Package Folder the asset zipped content folders (Glitch Transitions and Panel Settings) but then Premiere Pro-Window-Extensions-Motion Brov3.1.2 cannot says that Preset Packs are not installed. The path is correct. What am I doing wrong, please help? Thank you !

Hi, i have missing audio files. Almost all the effects are missing audio files.

I am getting a line through some of the preset catagories. Where it says 400 items, the 400 is crossed out and its saying “FULL VERSION” and then it sends me to video hive. but I have already purchased this. this 3.0 plug in is so janky guys. very confusing

Hey, I Just bought this and when I try to enter the key it says something like: This code is for another product. So I uninstalled Glitch (The old one which was never activated ) from my Motion Bro panel and now when I try to reinstall it absolutely nothing happens. After that I saw that it was necessary to put the new update of Motion Bro V3. There I just installed it, but it still displays V2.3.4. I am therefore blocked and I cannot advance in my work. In short, I have neither the V3 nor Glitch. Your products are very good, but unfortunately it’s always frustrating to have problems every time we add a new package.
