I have allowed permissions for scripting and expressions, however whenever i import the .list that came with the download, absolutely nothing happens, it doesn’t ask for the purchase code, i can’t access the effects whatsoever. Using the latest After Effects 2020

Just downloaded the new updates for glitch, handy and seamless but I don’t see the correct list file for the presets. In fact there’s no presets folder like the original folder. Where can I find that file and not GLITCH DEF.list

Hey, Just bought this and there are glitches in the preview that aren’t in the pack. The only reason I bought the pack were for these glitches that are black and white and have characters & pixels. Am I missing something? (I took screenshots from the preview.)

That’s some great pack, really happy with it. But I’m having a little trouble with the “bad signal only rgb” preset.

It doesn’t show any kind of effect. I tried to mess around with the settings inside the composition but to no avail.
Do I have to switch some specific settings for that one? I tried to reinstall it and even try it on my backup laptop, but it doesn’t work =(

This option does not appear in my later, already put previous versions and it does not work. ->>Please go to: Edit > Preferences > General, and turn on checkbox “Allow Scripts to Write Files and Access Network”.

In case anyone has crashes, I had them and what seemed to have solved it was saving the project in the same directory as the glitches pack, i was using adobe dynamic link with premiere pro
When I export out of Aftereffects all I get is the audio, no video. Please help ASAP!
I’m on a mac. Tried to install manually by adding to my extensions folder and it’s not showing up in my AE extensions. I can’t use ZXp Installer because I’m on a work computer and it won’t let me install open dev software. Is there an alternative? Thanks.
Can I use this without installing as an extension? I have my assets in the Glitch Promo.aep project , it looks great but when I export I only get audio.

Unfortunately, this is the only way to use it without expansion. You can also use this method in CC 2019.

Hi! The particle cinematic glitch animation is looking quite different from the preview. Here is a link to it.

Hi there,
I’ve purchased your plugin a few weeks ago and it worked fine until after the update. I have to make changes to the project but couldn’t see any of the transitions in the list – the panel was empty. I have tried uninstalling and installing back but it doesn’t work – I get a message now saying ‘Presets are not installed. In the Packs tab click and select .list file…’ – there is no .list file anywhere. I am working on Mac. Thanks!

If you do not see a file with the “.list” extension in the “PRESETS” folder – it’s possible your operating system hides the files extensions. In this case, just install the files that are located at the root of the folder “PRESETS”.

Note! We have had some technical problems with the API for the verification of the purchase code.
If you receive a “200 OK” error when entering the purchase code – please download the preset files again from your download page and install through the extension panel.
