Noticed responses…email directly…having same issue as MTMovieFactory
Hi, Clayton, thanks for the purchase! This problem happens due to the different location of the shaders folder. User MTMovieFactory had this problem because it duplicated the VIdeo copilot folder to another location. Once he moves the folder to the correct location, everything worked fine. Just watch the video help more carefully. So be sure you have 1 folder DOCUMENTS, one folder Video Copilot, one folder Materials to which it must be moved REAL Shaders Element 3Dv2 folder. That’s all. For details, write me to email. Good luck!
How do you install this on Mac computer
Hi Okoyee! Thanks for purchased! Just copy the folder “REAL Shaders Element 3Dv2” in to the Documents/Videocopilot/Materials
Thank you for your response. I am kind of new to Mac computers and i am wondering if the path is same as windows computer. I did go to my document on my Mac computer and i did not find Videocopilot folder
Please write to my email alexelement3d@gmail.com and I can help you
None of the shaders or the bevels show up in Element, even after a restart. They are in the same folders as the pack I bought from Video CoPilot, but it is like they don’t exist. Please advise.
Hi! Thanks for purchased. Please follow included Help video. If it doesn’t help, send me your screenshots with path and E3Dv2 interface to alexelement3d@gmail.com Thank you!
