i get the same problem

It seems that the transition is being applied over the footage. If I move the transition layers up and redo my footage, it works, but this is lots of extra steps. The comment by Johannesde, 21 days ago, is the same issue.

Hey Replayer, I installed the newest version and I am receiving the error: “Error: File import has failed. Please, make sure that your anti-virus software or firewall doesn’t block premiere pro.” I’ve disabled my anti virus scanner and firewall but with no succes. I’ve tried whitelisting premiere pro in the firewall as well but nothing seems to do the trick. Any help would be appreciated! https://i.imgur.com/kOp3ClH.png

Hello, I have created a 16:9 video in Premiere pro 2022 and from it a second version in 9:16 for Instagram. Then all transactions are still in 16:9 how can I change that to 9:16?

I purchased this already and I’m willing to purchase another license again for a new project but I am in a dilemma since I’ll be changing my PC in 2 weeks time and will be moving to a laptop. Is there no way to transfer the license especially if its within a certain time period from purchase?
