Hi Steve, thanks a lot, really great work on it! I have 2 questions though, if I want to replace the item above the keyboard with an actual text paper, how can I manage to do that? Besides I want to get rid of the mouse with the hand movement, but can’t find the layer (or composition where it’s in) either, can you tell me where it’s hidden? Thanks, Markus

Hello! You need “Abobe After Effects” version CS4 or newer. After Effects is included in the Creative Cloud suite, but you can also download a free trial version here: http://www.adobe.com/downloads.html Let me know if you’ll need any help!

Hello! This usually is a Quicktime error. All You need to do is re-install your quicktime: https://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/
In case this does not solve your problem, go to your www.videohive.net/downloads section and redownload the project (for the case of a corrupted download).

Yes, I understand. I am sure you can send the Youtube link (share), but I have no idea on how to force this to full screen. What I know is that you can force it to play in Hd resolution by simply adding “&hd=1” right after the link. A web search maybe could help on finding a way to force full screen… I’ll let you know if I find a relative tutorial!
Hello (once again). Apologies for not using your contact form. I was using your video help and just noticed at the end of the print help that a contact form should be used.
At any rate, I think I figured out what I was doing wrong (basically not being sufficiently familiar with AE, as I suspected). Should I experience any other difficulty regarding your product, I’ll contact you—which I doubt I’ll need to do.
That said, this really is (or ought to be) very easy to edit. The design-the creativity-is, again, wonderful.

Hey foreigner! I just read your comments (it was late night in my country). Thank you for your kind words. Yes, replacing text with logo is not possible in AE. Just hide the text layer (clkck the eye icon) and drag & drop your logo in the composition! If you need, I can make a video tutorial showing you how. Just let me know ! Happy holidays! – Steve
Hi Steve. Thank you for the quick reply. What you say is exactly what I figured out, although it should’ve been obvious to me from the start. I edited the project and uploaded it to my site last night (in my part of the world). With the exception of that one bump-entirely my fault-your work was very easy to work with—even for AE dummies like me. I can’t rate your work six stars, so five will have to do. Thanks again.

To clarify: I’m attempting to drag a logo into the text layer, which appears to be the problem (suggested by the error message). I don’t see the white circle, so I’m pretty sure this is a result of ignorance on my part.

Hi. Hi. Really good work, and the instructions are very clear (this is only my third attempt with AE). I ran into a problem, though: When I get to the “EDIT – Text on Vinyl” step, I repeatedly get the same error: “After Effects Error: layer does not have a source.” What to do? (I’m using AE 4). Thanks!
