transitions not working anymore PP2026

HI, the transitions don’t work. When I double-click it to use, it says this error message. MAC OS Issue “Currently Unavailable on Mac OS Contact Support”

Will you please post a fix so that everyone who has this issue can resolve it without bothering you in the future please?

Doesnt work with the newest premiere pro.

I’m having the same issue as everyone else with a Mac. Can someone tell me if this is compatible and how to make it work?

After emailing several times with no response and then coming here to post, it seems I’m having the same issue everyone else is posting about – I am unable to use any transitions – they disappear in my timeline and create a blank hole. Several other elements in the pack do not work – when you drag them on to the timeline nothing happens. I get the message in Atom X “Currently unavailable on MacOSX”. That I imagine would be an issue for most of your customers. More detail in my emails sent over the last few days. Can you please tell me the fix for this?

It would make sense to have this information freely available to people who purchased the pack rather than us all having to post the same issue.

I have not had a response by this means or by mail, I have already contacted them and they have not answered me, I bought the pack and it cannot be used, they told me that they would help me solve the problem and they have not sent me instructions.

Hi, I purchased the pack two weeks ago, however, when trying to install AtomX is giving an error.

Message error: (Error: Extension Manager init failed, status= -193! A required resource is missing. Please relaunch the Creative Cloud app and try again.).

I have sent an email to nickchvalun@gmail.com a week ago, but it seems like no one is willing to help to solve the issue. So bad!

Purchased your package and installed it with https://aescripts.com/learn/zxp-installer/ for Premiere Pro 14.9.0 on MacOS 10.15.7. Can use titles etc. BUT transitions don’t work: Applying takes very long, something happens in the cutting window, but elements are NOT inserted correctly, and Atom window is sometimes freezing… I wrote you two E-Mails but did not yet get any response from you…
