I bought the transitions but for some reason when I import them on Premiere Pro 2022 like in the step/by/step guide, it says that all the transitions are offline. Please help!

Hi I have used this product for a while now and I usually love it. I have however started messing around with Reels more and more and I was curious do these work with a more mobile resolution 2160×3840? Every time I try to add them to a mobile resolution they don’t work. I even tried dragging the size of the layer to match that of the current one and it doesn’t work at all. I suppose I never thought about it in this use case but if these are specifically in a 1080 resolution that might explain it but if not maybe someone can tell me what i’m doing wrong.

So far the transitions are working it was a bit weird getting them to work tho but the problem I’m having now is when ever I use a transition my Premiere Pro freezes up and I can no longer scroll my timeline/sequence and the mouse just doesn’t register when I click or try to scroll through my sequence, if I minimize premiere the sequence bar disappears altogether along with the panel I have on the right which is the Lumitri colour panel and turns into a blank grey box. I have to keep closing and re-opening premiere to fix this and this is very frustrating. I haven’t experienced any of these problem until I started using the transitions pack and It also seems like premiere is running a lot slower since.

I need to know that once I have my new laptop, would I be able to move my license from this machine to the new one?

hi, with the last update in adobe, the pack doesn’t work. it imports the transitions like compositions, not in the same timeline ( like drag and drop as usual) when I copy to paste.. the transition.. doesn’t work. could yo explain to me how to fix it. thank you.

I’ve contacted the author twice about the transitions not be able to install and have received no response. It’s been over a week. This is bad customer service and I would not purchase Seamless Transitions if they can not support the product.

Everything is wonderful, just one question, why is that the files segregated in different prj files… can it be like a whole library in one HD prj file.? or am i not understanding something, im having difficulty opening each as project and then applying on my work… please let me know an easy way
