Just installed your product and I am having trouble. When I try to add a second transition it copies the first transition? Also, do you have to install Seamless Transitions every time you want to use them? Almost every time I try to bring up the extension the window times out and does not lauch?

Hello. Transitions are different (even if some categories are the same), different sound FX etc. But the main difference – my product comes with the plugin. Super easy installation, no need to import the whole project with 1000+ transitions in your project file.
As for the licenses. One regular license goes per one machine. You can’t use one license key on multiple stations.

Hi there Im having the same issue as most of your clients problem installing the update PDF not helpful im using IMac I dragged the ZXP Installer to the applications folder the rest is a blur, all the queries you seem to refer them to your email, if you answer here or a link tutorial video would help as this an issue which many are experiencing

As for your question: installation is exactly the same on both Mac and Windows. PDF manual is very detailed, don’t have anything to add actually. You can try different ZXP Installer though.
What im trying to say if you answered the question on the first comment it wold’v been visible for everyone with the same issue to see and it’ll save you’re self and everyone time

As I’m aware once I purchased this product it has an limited update, and this update or pdf instruction not clear enough, to every one especially to me and you had lots of people asking the same question so there for a quick video on how to will save lots of time for every one that is having the same issue! So I don’t need support just saying this update wont install and that dose not need me to purchase a new license,

You didn’t even purchase the new version, but asking for a support. As I’ve already told you before, support is time limited. But if you think I’m obligated to provide lifetime support – feel free to discuss it with Envato.
As for the PDF manual: it’s very detailed and I have nothing to add. Drag-n-drop installation via ZXP Installer is the most easiest way, much easier than it was before with importing the whole project file into PPro (with re-saving, locating media files etc).
