Hi there Im having the same issue as most of your clients problem installing the update PDF not helpful im using IMac I dragged the ZXP Installer to the applications folder the rest is a blur, all the queries you seem to refer them to your email, if you answer here or a link tutorial video would help as this an issue which many are experiencing

As for your question: installation is exactly the same on both Mac and Windows. PDF manual is very detailed, don’t have anything to add actually. You can try different ZXP Installer though.
What im trying to say if you answered the question on the first comment it wold’v been visible for everyone with the same issue to see and it’ll save you’re self and everyone time

As I’m aware once I purchased this product it has an limited update, and this update or pdf instruction not clear enough, to every one especially to me and you had lots of people asking the same question so there for a quick video on how to will save lots of time for every one that is having the same issue! So I don’t need support just saying this update wont install and that dose not need me to purchase a new license,
If this issue is not resolved soon I will be taking further action
You didn’t even purchase the new version, but asking for a support. As I’ve already told you before, support is time limited. But if you think I’m obligated to provide lifetime support – feel free to discuss it with Envato.
As for the PDF manual: it’s very detailed and I have nothing to add. Drag-n-drop installation via ZXP Installer is the most easiest way, much easier than it was before with importing the whole project file into PPro (with re-saving, locating media files etc).
Hey so when I’m using the transitions some are able to work and some aren’t, I keep getting a notification about it not being changed on accessibility but I have changed that in my security and privacy settings
It’s says premiere pro requires additional rights but I have allowed it, does premiere pro need to be updated?

When i apply the transition in premiere pro it shows that “THIS EFFECT REQUIRES GPU ACCELERATION” but i have already turned on My graphics card for rendering and have updated all my drivers but still this problem exists.
