Hi ….I have installed the package for premiere on mac, right after the instalment I was able to click extension, and the seamless window showed…. the next time I opend premiere, the seamless package still show up, but when I press the on the extension tab, now window show up…. when I re-instal the package… the same thing happens again….. only works the first time I lauch PP

CC means Creative Cloud (Adobe Creative Cloud).

What Happened? Now when I try to use the seamless transition, once I double click, Premiere freezes. I have the latest Adobe Premiere and uninstalled the zxp file and reinstalled with the newest and it’s still freezing. Please advise.
