Hi there,

please try this simple procedure:

1) UnShy the layers in the FINALcomp to see them all (see the help file inside my project folder if don’t know where to find the shy switch)

2) Locate the layer(s) where you want to change the color

3) hit “u” to reveal its settings

4) disable the expressions by clicking on the equate mark in the left panel, set your desired color by clicking on the color selection mini-window

Hey there, I’m sorry for any inconveniences. First of all, import the mp3 into the Project panel by pressing CTRL +i. Now you should see the mp3 in the project panel. Now, if you’re using the standard version simply drag and drop the mp3 right inside the FINALcomp – you will immediately see it as a new layer. If you’re using the short version, open the composition called MUSIC and drag and drop the mp3 there and then get back to FINALcomp.

Of course set your desired resolution: 1280×720 or 960×540 for halfHD

Before that, set the composition resolution back to 1920×1080

What exactly do you mean? You can use some photo or something, but such change would require some deeper After Effects knowledge.

If you intend to use the video online, I would stick to the compression guidelines recommended by Vimeo: http://vimeo.com/help/compression

(do not change the composition settings, just tweak the output module as described in that tutorial)

please try this simple procedure:

1) Locate the layer with text you wanna change and select it

2) hit F3 to reveal the applied effects

3) disable the fill effect

4) select the text or single letter and  re-color it using the standard color settings in character panel
