Hi, I love this video and looking to buy it. You say it uses CS4 and CS5 . I am looking to download a trial version but its CS6 . Will I be able to edit it ok with CS6 or should I use a earlier version. If so any suggestions on where to get an earlier version from for a mac. Thanks

Hi, how can I change color on circle logo?
Hi there,
please try this simple procedure:
1) UnShy the layers in the FINALcomp to see them all (see the help file inside my project folder if don’t know where to find the shy switch)
2) Locate the layer number 39 (33 if you’re using the shorter project without social icons in the end) called “Circle 21” (“Circle 13” in short project) and select it
3) hit “u” to reveal its settings
4) disable the expressions by clicking on the equate mark in the left panel, set your desired color by clicking on the color selection mini-window

Can I make the video a different size than the demo, i.e. to fit my site width or will it cause issues?
The video can be re-scaled to any size lower than 1920*1080. You should maintain the aspect ratio not to stretch it in just one dimension, but you can scale it as you want.

Hey there, I’ve a few questions. Will this work with AE CS6 ? is it possible to easily slow down some of the transitions? What about the social medias at the end, can some of them be removed easily? thanks.

1) Yes, it will work with CS6 2) Not really easily, you must have some skills in AE 3) There are two versions of the template – with 4 icons or no icon at all. Again, you can remove some icons with some knowledge of AE, but you can always have 4 of them, because you can put mail or website there to fill it. All these icons are included.

I have bought your product recently and I have a quick question. Is there any way to shorten the length of each picture/video? I’m looking to only have it show for 4 seconds each. I tried to drag the files but that only screwed up the timing that the text pops up. I would much appreciate your help!

such changes require a very good knowledge of After Effects – I can’t simply tell you how to do that – it is more difficult than it seems. The other thing is that it would screw the music synchronization…
The easiest advice is to make your videos a little longer

This template has been wonderful! I am a total AE newbie, but have been able to actually use it with my own video footage instead of the included characters. Makes my life a lot more simple not having to learn how to do all the animation myself. BTW I found the template via the song in audio jungle that I found first

I’m new at this but downloaded AE today and managed to do pretty well (to my utter surprise) but then got stuck. I have read the support doc/guide but just can’t get the logo placeholder to work properly. Unlike other placeholders in the composition, the logo placeholder is circular & my logo is square. So I have 4 corners sticking out of a circular blue & white circle. I have resized the png several times but no avail. I even thot cos its transparent, it would cause no probs. All other placeholders fit snugly around the media inserted except for the logo.
Also, I am unclear where I am supposed to add my website URL The instructions does not specify exactly where (pls pardon me but I have never used the AE or similar tool before). And so when I’m testing the clip, all I have is a ‘W’ and I have no clue how it got there or how to get rid of it.
After several hours, I created a fresh new project but both problems persist. Can u pls shed some light on this. I would appreciate it a grt deal cos I love ur work. Would be sad to abandon it now. Do u have a more detailed user guide perhaps?

You will need Adobe After Effects, but even the 30-days free trial will work fine.

also, one more quick question – I bought the audio file and 2 ways tried to add the sound:
1. imported the sound file, dropped it in music layer – didn’t work after render
2. imported sound file, drop into Finalcomp-BLUE – it is rendering so I will know when it is done – but it takes a LONG time to render and I don’t want it to not work again – can you please tell me exactly how to add this sound file?
I the documentation it says: After purchasing the song you only have to import the “Short Edit” version (1:35) to the start of your FINALcomp and that’s it.
but what layer? and how do I import it to the start of that? when I import it puts it in my project bucket – and then I need to drag it onto a project or something…
can you please clarify for me a little?

First of all I’m sorry for any incoveniences, After Effects is a pretty complex piece of software – sometimes it can be pretty tricky
You only need to put the music into the music composition if you’re using the short project. If you’re using the standard project, import the file inside the bucket and then just drag and drop the music file inside the FINALcomp and After Effects will create a new layer. You should immediately see a new green layer with the same name as the music file.
Now, to check that the music was imported properly into the composition, just hit “0” on the num pad. AE will start a RAM -preview so you’ll be able to see and hear the project in real time.
When rendering the final file, make sure that the checkbox for audio is turned on. In other case, AE will output just the video without the sound.
