Hi, unfortunately I have two problems. First, I am missing the PNG codec (AfterEffect 22) as shown in the tutorial. And second, Camtasia does not accept .mov files. Instead of the PNG codec, I have propped it up with the GoPro Cineform. But unfortunately only the audio is exported to me here. The image is not visible.
What should I do now?

Unfortunately, the result is terrible. You can see green edges and streaks. An alpha mask would be much better here. I realize that you can’t help it. But an info that After-Effects no longer supports QuickTime 7 PNG codec and thus the promised alpha exports are not possible would have been good.
You can try .mov Animation codec in the Camtatasia. To see it in your After Effects, just install https://support.apple.com/kb/dl837?locale=en_US if on PC.
Yes, I have also tried this codec. Unfortunately without success. But now I got it. AVI also supports alpha channels. So I could also import it into Camptasia.
Maybe this is an interesting tip for others who have the same problem. My settings, with which I could export a transparent video, that I can also import into Camtasia. (Unfortunately this makes the file very large – but it works) Format: AVI, Codec: None, Chanel: RGB + Alpha.

if you edit video in Premiere Pro, all you need to do – its make text changes, add avatar and render footage in .mov with transparent. all this steps you can see in that video.

You can render animation via AE with green background in .mp4 format and use it any video edit software via chroma key (green screen) option.
