Hi. I have the newest plug-in version and everything is working good except that when placing the transition (2ble click) audio is not applying. I have been going to import —- liking for the swoosh in the footage folder and then placing it manually for all instances. Let me know if I need to watch a tutorial or what. TY

If the computer breaks, does it also break? My computer broke down and I replaced the parts, so I can’t use them again.
I installed the plugin using zxp installer… but it only installed in Premiere 2020 (which is on my computer but doesn’t function well). I want to use it in Premiere 2019 which is my primary editor, but it doesn’t show up in the extension panel. Please advise.

Yes, you can use my transitions on your YouTube channel. As for CC 2019: old PPro versions are not supported. That’s not our decision, PPro simply doesn’t support plugins / extensions in any previous versions (older than CC 2020).

Thanks John! And the most important thing within this is update is the fix for PPro 14.5. We have contacted ZXP Installer developer few days ago and he has released the new version, so there are no installation issues anymore.
Mostly it was ZXP Installer bug, but our plugin also required an update. Thanks for the heads up with that bug.

Hi. Old PPro versions are not supported. That’s not our decision, Adobe simply doesn’t support plugins / extensions in any of the previous versions.
So the only solution is to update your PPro to CC 2020.
this is sad.. as I purchased this template for 2019, I would really appreciate if can get the files that I had purchased.. Upgrading 2019 is my decision and i cannot be forced to do so.. Hope you can place your self in my position..

Videohive doesn’t keep old files, so you can’t download any of the previous versions. The only available version is the current one 6.5.4 with the plugin.
p.s.: nobody is forcing you to do anything, so if you don’t want to update your PPro to CC 2020 (hence you don’t need the plugin) – that’s totally your decision.
