I got the Motion Factory plugin. And I installed it. Then I fired up AE and opened the Motion Factory window from the extension window. I signed in with my email, verified my email and selected a folder in “Infinity Ae CC2019” that I purchased. but Nothing happens. Next I selected the file that is “Background 01.aep” in background folder. It worked.
How do I select a folder and get it to load everything? To be honest, I’m pretty angry. For a plugin that is too unfriendly and confusing.
I bought this plugin to save myself time, but I’m wasting it. Please make it work quickly.
Hi there, Please open the folder of the infinity package which you’ve used, you will see our items categories, now copy them to a new folder outside of their parent folder ( a new folder in the totally new place ) and then try to import. Also please make sure you didn’t import the Infinity package from the external hard drive.
I have tried copying these items categorie folders to an entirely new location and importing them in motion factory extension window, but it still doesn’t work. Specifically, nothing happens when I import them.
Of course, I didn’t copy it to an external hard drive. I’ve tried importing it by putting it on the local desktop, the documents folder, and directly under the C drive, but it’s not working.

Just purchased this pack for AE and PR. Works really well in AE but in PR some of the transitions are a very small video size. For example, in the PR 2019 set, glass transition 38 is 320×192. Why is that? It also seems like all of the glass transitions are missing the.mogrt files
Or do those particular transitions not use the.mogrt scripts?

Hi, just uploaded everything to a new laptop. Logged in through Motion Factory workspace. Uploaded the FILE for AE 2019. I am able to look at the categories but when I click on any of them each display is shown as a black empty box. Any idea why? Thanks

In the Diagram section is there a way to use higher number than 100 in the percent section? I need to use them for infographics that are not percent based, things like weight, height, ect but stuck to 100 for input.

Olá, não consigo usar o motion factory, minha versão de after effects é a mais atualizada. Aparece a mensagem que precisa fechar e reiniciar o AE… mas sempre mostra a mesma coisa.

Hello , please contact us by visiting http://help.pixflow.net for further help but before that if you are in premiere please make sure essential graphic panel setting works fine or not ( instead of using Motion Factory ) and also if you are in AE , please enable shy layer so you can see them and in setting panel layer you can see background which you can hide it .

Do you update the presets as well? I was just trying to figure out if its better to purchase this tool or your packs? Also, comparing it to the text animator.
Each packs has its own individual items , for example text animator contains more typography item than infinity but for sure we will update our items in infinity tool , in conclusion if you are trying to access specific category package then our package will be more suitable but if you are looking for general usage then Infinity Tool is your item

Question, so I have Motion factory on both After Effects and Premiere Pro, and I added my Infinity Tool Premiere Pro folder to Motion Factory on Premiere Pro. And then when I go to After Effects, I see it shows up there too: https://bit.ly/2DH2mkZ
So does that mean I do not need to link the After Effects Infinity Tool folder to After Effects? The premiere pro folder seems to be working in After Effects: https://bit.ly/3060s52
so is there any advantage to also importing the Infinity Tool AE version?
Hello , Actually Motion Factory account will access same folder and files in same computer so that’s why you see that folder in both software , also about PR working in AE , when you import MOGRT files we extract them and use the AEP file inside them for AE , so you can still work with MOGRT but we recommend you to use source AEP folder for better performance
