I am still having problems gettign Tokyo Graphics Pack to work on Motion Factory. Their pack: https://videohive.net/item/graphics-pack/22601944?s_rank=2
I have 15 different packs from other authors, and they all work except for their pack: https://bit.ly/32f16zH
As you can see in video, it keeps importing as .png I brought this up to them because it used to work in a previous version of their pack, and they said that they cannot help because they do not own Motion Factory and that I has to contact you. I can email you their pack so you can test it our for yourself if you want, in case it is a bug in Motion Factory for Premiere Pro
update: I got it to work, I basicaly had to bring .mogrt files closer to the root directory. Basicaly, the deeper the files are in a folder structure, the harder it is for Motion Factory to connect to it, is my theory.

Hi, can you instruct me on how you animate the countdown timer? i current just jumps from one set of numbers to another without the countdown. its the one with teh days, hours, minutes and seconds. it also looks like its not the right font, can you confirm which font its been designed in?

Is Motion Factory 3.0 compatible with the Ge Force GTX 680 graphics card?
Hello actually MF does not require any additional hardware resource than PR or AE , so if you are doing fine with that VGA in PR and AE then Motion Factory will have no issue.

Actually 2018 is the oldest version that can we can offer compatibility and for sure there will be no older version compatibility anymore
Hi! Same as with TypoKing… The .MOGRT files don’t seem to work in the new Premiere Pro. I can see the previews correctly in the Motion Factory panel but upon dragging any title to the timeline they come out completely blank, no text no animation no editing option

I have installed Motion Factory Extension but when i import the infinity folder its show Folder has Been Missed please help.
Please make sure you are not importing folders from external hard drives and then try again to see if the issue happens or not
Hi, I downloaded the zip file to my 
drive, opened Adobe Premiere and tried to drag and drop into the project panel but it does not drop. Also, I can see all file elements from through the finder, but Adobe does not see the zip file. Please help

Hello I bought this pack, but I can’t use it. When the panel starts, a message appears After Effects need to be closed to install its pack. Do it. I closed AE (2018 ver), a window appeared asking whether to allow the script to make changes on my device. I Click «yes» but after restart AE – I see this massage again and again. I tried to uninstall the panel, but everything repeated from the beginning

Please first try to create a sequence and then drag and drop the item , we’ve just tested this approach and it worked find on 2020 version , if it did not help we will accept your refund request.

Hello , about VFX you can find them in Neon folder and about typography you can find them in Titles but please consider that VFXs are not available in Premiere due to technical and design restriction.

We need a version 4 release ASAP. Most of the designs available doesn’t have options to resize text, and we need more options for lower thirds, youtube endscreens and much more. For a product called Infinity Tool, this feel pretty limited.

Disappointed, and waste of money in my opinion. Not sure why most elements including text do not resize. Most are unuseable for any words more than 6 characters. Doesn’t tell you that before you buy, now I can’t get a refund!
Sorry to hear about that , actually you can get refund by visiting https://videohive.net/refund_requests/new , to let other users know in packages like infinity with this level of variation some time there are some limitation which we are doing our best reduce them as much as possible but surely most of our items are ready to use for different standard situations
I have requested a refund over a week ago and had no response. I have just requested it again. But why is this detail excluded from the product description? Why is there no disclaimer that most boxed text can’t contain more than 6 letters which in more cases than not leaves it useless
Thanks for letting us know , surely Envato team will contact us for that , and about your suggestion surely we will consider that but as not all of those items have limitation and we’ve tried to reduced them with each update so we are sure those items will be much more practical with each update
