I have just updated to your newest version(update). What version of Adobe Premiere should I be using now?
Since the previous update plugin works in 14.1 without any issues. So feel free to use the latest version of PPro.
I am using Version 14.0.0 (Build 572). I had a crash so I was curious if maybe the newest version required a higher version of Premier Pro.
Well, 14.0.0 is an old version and most of the clients use 14.1. I’ve tested 14.0.4 and it works perfectly, but you can simply go with the latest version.
Wow, I’m a professional videographer (and have been for 10+ years) and I’m shocked at your monthly subscription price. Your transitions are good, but they are becoming obsolete with videographers using in-camera transitions vs preset transitions. You’ve even attempted the in-camera transitions in some of your current presets. Like I said, I’m shocked at your pricing structure.

Actually, I can simply roll back to the old version and keep it like it was before. And release this new version as a new project, maybe it’s the best way. Because I would never sell the plugin with constant technical support & free updates for 59$ (and clients will use it for 10 years or more). That’s insane.
And it’s very funny, when a license was purchased on Cyber Monday or any other sale for 28$. Lifetime purchase for 28$, with a free lifetime updates and free technical support (for the price of a slideshow). Awesome deal, yeah.
Hi! I really love the new version of the plug-ins! But I have an error here. I can work with the transitions, but once I apply my first transition in my project, the thin yellow bar on top of the timeline turns red and I cannot playback the video properly. It seems like it disconnects the proxy files…. How can I avoid this error?

I’m sorry, but I think it’s unfair to us especially beginners like me. I don’t live in the U.S. and this cost so much in my country. I can’t afford to buy it every month. Don’t get me wrong, I love your stuff so much. If I’m able to get the latest stuff.

But maybe I’ll reconsider and make it not a monthly payment, but 3 month for a regular license. Anyway new version is much more professional project now, it’s not just some project files with transitions.
As for the previous version, you can use it like you’ve used it before.
Just wanting to make sure I understand correctly, is it $19 a month ongoing from now on if we take the upgrade? Hope thats not correct, but thats how it currently reads on the sales page.

First month is free (if you purchased my project before), so you can try new version and purchase new license if you want to. Just to make it clear: you had no option of using transitions as a lifetime purchase with one license. I suggest you to look at the licenses section https://videohive.net/licenses/standard (that’s how it was before).
If for some reason you considered my project as a single-time purchase with a lifetime free updates, unlimited technical support etc, you were wrong, sorry. It’s not a slideshow, it’s much more complicated project with multi-use, constant support and updates.

I can confirm that after today’s update, your plugin is no longer working with Premiere Pro Beta, I get an error pop up saying “unsupported version”.
However, when I revert back to the plugin you first uploaded a few days ago, that one works with Premiere Pro Beta.
Not sure why you removed support for Premiere Pro Beta but hopefully that gets fixed in the future. In the meantime, Ill be using the original plugin you first launched since its working for me on Premiere Pro Beta and its so useful and handy
Premiere Pro beta is not official version and as I’ve told before, it’s not available for 99.9% of users. We found a solution for version 14.1 and will release new update in 1 day.

I can confirm its now working! Thanks! btw I did notice a bug a few days go I forgot to mention. Go to the Light Leaks folder in the plugin, and then subfolder “V2”. You will notice that instead of showing preview of those transitions, it shows a “JSX” icons.

It’s not how it works now, you need to click on transitions (no need to drag it like it was before). Please read PDF manual which is included with the project.

https://bit.ly/2zj55i5Tell people to download Premiere Pro Beta, which can be located under the beta tab of the Adobe creative cloud app. Basically, Premiere Pro Beta has all the updates and bug fixes than the next public release of Premiere Pro will have. So I have been using the latest version of Premiere Pro Beta, I have all the new features and bug fixes, and your plugin works perfectly. So for anyone who doesn’t want to wait for Premiere Pro 14.2, they can just download Premiere Pro Beta!
They have no excuse to not get your plugin to work. Your plugin DOES WORK, they just need the latest version of Premiere Pro Beta.
However, there is one bug I found in your plugin that I think you can easily fix with an update of the plugin. Whenever I click on a transition, it disables track targeting video 1 layer, which is annoying because it means I cant use left and right arrow to go between the end/start of clips unless I manually click/enable targeting video 1 layer again: https://streamable.com/u6hzuj
Your plugin disables it in order to add the transition but it forgets to enable it again. So the solution, is to basically do an update to the plugin where, after the plugin adds the transitions, it re-enables targeting video 1 layer like this: https://i.imgur.com/1A1sfpn.png
Hi John. I’m aware of the beta, but it’s for closed circle only. My team have the access and in the version 14.2 everything is working just fine. But there is no option to install it for 99.9% users. It’s no available in the Creative Cloud.
So I’ll release an update with the alerts about version and temporary issues with 14.1, that’s the only way.
Also none of your screenshots work. Try uploading them using some another service.

Hello. Do you have a solution to the cliptool problem? On MacOS, when I try to apply the transition, I get the error “Unable to open cliptool because Apple cannot check it for malicious software.” Even with privacy settings, it still doesn’t work. Do you have a workaround for this? thank
Open Security & Privacy, then go to “Privacy” tab and “Accessibility” option make sure that you have enabled all Premiere Pro versions. Now go back to “General” and make sure that you have allowed to run cliptool

Ok thank you, that worked. Another problem I’m having is that the transitions are adding some type of filter over each of the clips. When the timeline hits the transition files, the filter is added and makes the clips look off color. Do you have a fix for this? Thank you.

I am getting 2 errors:
1) Error: 757 Machine do not match. Which I have to manually input the license code every time I open Premiere Pro.
2) When double-clicked to add a transition, but I get an error message saying about “Premiere Pro requires additional rights to import files. Please go to System Preferences >> Security & Privacy >> Privacy > Accessibility and enable Premiere Pro there and Restate Premiere Pro”

I installed everything and double-clicked to add a transition, but I get an error message saying about “Premiere Pro requires additional rights to import files. Would be cool in the future for there to be a “home” button that when clicked, collapses all the opened folders and also displays all categories on the preview window, basically sets everything to default.
Also would be really cool if when you double click a folder on the left side, it collapses the folder since single clicking it expands the folder, makes sense for double click to collapse the folder.

This update introduces the new licensing system which is time limited. If you are updating from any older version now then you’re getting ONE MONTH license for unlimited videos regardless of the date of your purchase. You should clearly state this on your page. If I knew my purchase was good for one month I would of passed on it.
According to Envato rules you can use one license only for a one video https://videohive.net/licenses/standard. So I don’t really understand what to mention here. And it’s stated about new licenses on my project page and in the promo video.
New extended license allows to use project for a whole year for 29$. Also there is no other such a project on the market. You can buy transitions from another authors, but there would never be a plugin.
I see that for a regular license is $39, extended is $359.
359$ / 12 months = 29.9$ per month. Extended license is valid for a 1 year as I’ve told before.

Yes, my project is about transitions only. There can’t be any text files. And if you’ll read this manual ”\Premiere\Help and additional tutorials\How_to_apply_text_presets.PDF” you’ll get the idea of how text transitions work.
