I bought this plug-in a month ago and I received an email in reference to the upgrade. I go through the install process but don’t have a serial key, am I expected to buy this again?

This update introduces the new licensing system which is time limited. If you are updating from any older version now then you’re getting ONE MONTH license for unlimited videos regardless of the date of your purchase. You should clearly state this on your page. If I knew my purchase was good for one month I would of passed on it.
According to Envato rules you can use one license only for a one video https://videohive.net/licenses/standard. So I don’t really understand what to mention here. And it’s stated about new licenses on my project page and in the promo video.
New extended license allows to use project for a whole year for 29$. Also there is no other such a project on the market. You can buy transitions from another authors, but there would never be a plugin.
I see that for a regular license is $39, extended is $359.
359$ / 12 months = 29.9$ per month. Extended license is valid for a 1 year as I’ve told before.

Yes, my project is about transitions only. There can’t be any text files. And if you’ll read this manual ”\Premiere\Help and additional tutorials\How_to_apply_text_presets.PDF” you’ll get the idea of how text transitions work.

If camera transitions and light reaks transitions are used, they can be seen well when editing, but after exporting the images, they can’t see the effects. It’s just a sound.

I’ve sent you link to my video tutorial (it was 27.03), but didn’t get your reply. Also don’t know what plugin you’re talking about. Transitions are in the project file which you need to re-save and simply import into your project.
im talking about the all the transitions in the project file
1st i open up Premiere. 2nd select new project. 3rd open/import project folder. 4th once the folder load up… and i add effect to timeline and only 2 things show up in timeline…. image & audio… no effects above image like it normally showed in previous experience.
You need to resave transitions before importing it. I show all of the steps in my tutorial video. If you just import transitions as it is (without resaving), media files will be offline. And I suggest you to email me via profile page to continue this discussion https://videohive.net/user/replayer

Hi. I never had joilt transitions in my pack, so don’t really know what transitions you’re referring to. Also you can make any resolution as you want. PDF-manual is included with the project.

the files font work except luma fade

Unfortunately, there is no such an option. In my tutorial video I show that you import transitions like a project, and these are not regular Premiere Pro presets which can be imported in the “Presets” folder.
You can’t make transitions with sound FX and video previews and import them as presets. It’s simply impossible
