Hello, yeah products bought from videohive market have lifetime license, once you get the template you can use it for a loong time

subscribtion is only for envato elements / which is also envato marketplace mostly with thrash templates that can not sell anywhere else. Envato keeps putting their advertisement everywhere to keep the elements going but it is often confusing for new people to know what is what.

Hi Ratboyx, the animation preset are triggered by markers, so you need to apply a marker to define start or second marker to define end of animation. Simply select a later with animation preset applied and go to layer > markers > add marker. Then you can adjust style of the animation in effects panel

Hi diyakoya, The same steps – switching your expression engine to “legacy extend script” should solve this issue too. ( go to file > project settings > expression engine > legacy extend script ). If this doesn’t help then also try to go to File > Preferences > Scripting and Expressions > Enable javascript debugger -> OFF

Hello renatocassis, please make sure you imported presets folder “EVT4 Presets” from the main EVT4 pack into: program files/adobe/after effects cc2020/support files/presets. After you copy the evt4 presets into the folder, presets should appear in the “effects and presets” panel in you after effects.

However in practical reality it makes more sense to buy this toolkit as a tool and use it for your work for clients if you are a freelancer or studio. This is how i also think it should be. Hello Curious_R, thanks for asking! envato/videohive rules says the license is bought per entity, so for example your channel has multiple videos but it is still under the same entity so you need only 1 regular license. The license on videohive is valid indefinetly and also you keep source files as long as you want so i think the one year part is not correct.

I am really sorry If I am being stubborn. I just want to be 100% sure. How do I understand is, I can make whatever the amount of video I want, post it on Youtube on the single-channel, with 1 regular licence. Suppose I bought this product and made 20 videos on my 1 channel, I just need 1 regular licence. Is this correct? Thank you again!

Hi there, no worries better ask twice yes all above is correct! You are 100% safe with one regular license. I think videohive marketplace selling our products through licenses is not the best way how to describe these digital products and its sometimes confusing. Language used in videohive licensing rules might seem strict but in real world these rules are much more relaxed and definitely no one will chase you.

Hi Ricardo, The easiest way how to save a texture or character is to save character with the texture as small separate .aep file (which contains only these two elements ) which you can easily import later to any AE project. There is no quick way how to import this directly to the main EVT4 menu.

Hi chaddcarr, yes sure you are allowed to use all the files that comes with the toolkit including the example explainer videos, you can find .aep files for these videos in a separated folder inside evt4. Im not sure what is the name of the folder because right now i dont have access to pc but it should be easy to find it is named properly. However story#1 from evt3 is not included in evt4 if that is what you ask for. I can provide you the file if you mail me via profile page. Kindly notice that these two versions are more different from each other than it might seem and even though they are compatible, they work differently and also design is different so it might need some extra work to match everything well.
