Hello , if you are working with 3 client as 1 brand then one license is enough but if you are working with brand a and brand b then you need additional license for brand b

Hello , actually by purchasing 1 extended license you will have full access to our item for any usage for one company so if you decide work for another company ( not different project ) you need to purchase additional extended license for full access

Let us explain it in simple term
If you are going to sell an item which created with Typoking then you need an extended license , in any other situation simple license will be enough.
About number of usage , you can use it as many as you want until you are working for company a

Yes you are right about regular and extended license , about 1 brand 3 client , one license will be enough as long as you are working with one brand.

Instead of that approach you can download and install Motion Factory from motionfactory.io/download ( please download Motion Factory and not Motion Factory Classic ) and then import the Typoking folder which contains MOGRT files into it

1 – Please first install Motion Factory ( method 2 or 3 )
2 – Then import Typoking PR package into Motion Factory panel
i have everything install and i can see the window, but I see no preview of the Title Animation
First , please rename the folders as “01 – ” will be “01” ( remove the dash ) then try again to import them , after that please take a look at https://help.pixflow.net/hc/en-us/articles/360026801053-Motion-Factory-Troubleshooting

Be careful, This project does not work correctly in AE cc 2018. The main problem is that the text does not resize to fit new text. I have tried typoking and motion factory separately. Also, project updates are not available retrospectively but this is not unusual.

Sorry to hear about your experience , actually some items in this package may have complicated animation procedure which prevent us from providing auto scale option for them , are you sure this issue happens on all items ?
Thanks for replying. It occurred for each animation category. I would be happy if you could list a few animations that I might try. Simple ones are ok. The auto scale function is a great time saver.

Ok, thanks. Now its working on premiere, but not on AE. When I open After Effects and the Motion Factory Extension, I import the typoking.mfg file, and nothing happens. Any help? Thanks already!

Having problems installing it on AE 2019 (October 2019) and even AE 2018. I downloaded and installed Motion Factory Classic (October 2019), purchased this kit, followed the instructions but:
1, there is no Essential Graphics folder in my C: path. I created one but still didnt work
2, Opening the motion factory dashboard within AE, shows 0/2 packages installed for Type Builder. The only 2 options that show are the “download free” or “purchase now” (which I already did). If I click the purchase option it takes me back to the Envato market for re-download
3, I drag and drop the MGT files to the MF window and I get an “installation failed” error, next to a “oops something went wrong” message
4, I tried the “select file to install” option, but got the same “installation failed message”.
Enabled scripts to write files and access network Run as admin Reinstalled Motion Factory Reinstalled AE 2019 and AE 2018 Rebooted machine
Not sure what else to try. Im in the same boat as tons of other people having installation issues…

Hello, writer. I bought your product an hour ago.I use After effect cc 2017.First of all, your product says that CC 2017 is compatible, so I bought your product. In CC 2017, if you install Motion Factory, there is a serious error that ends right after After Effect runs. I saw all Help’s phrases, but I couldn’t find a solution. And I will not update on CC 2017 anymore so it will take a long time for this error to be resolved and I can’t wait for it so I want to request a refund.

I ran CC 2018 on my friend’s computer.We decided to use typoking when we need each other. I’ll withdraw the refund. But I want CC 2017 to fix the compatibility error.

This question is in regards to the Lower Third-16 in CC PR 2019. I converted the .mogrt back to an .aep to edit the font. I opened in AE, and I can change the font, HOWEVER, the issue is, only the top half of the font actually changes. This is probably because the effect is the text is split in half. So, how do I change the bottom half of the text in the center title? Please advise! Thank you! On a deadline…
