I want to upgrade from MOTION FACTORY CLASSIC to the new version. When I try to install the ZXP package downloaded from your website with ZXP installer or ExtensionManager; in both cases I get the following error: “Installation failed because an extension of the same name exists”
I followed every instruction detailed on your website, even restarted my Mac (osx 10.12.6), or my After Effects CC 2019 (13.1.0) and Premiere CC2019. I’ve also deleted EVERY folder and file named as MotionFactory in the Extension manually or via Terminal as indicated in: https://help.pixflow.net/hc/en-us/articles/360018786694-Motion-Factory-Classic-How-to-Uninstall-Motion-Factory-Classic
PLEASE HELP! I really want to buy the new package (Infinity Tool) but I need to know if I will be able to use it first!

I have downloaded the free Infinity pack from your website (pixflow.net) and it is working 100% in Adobe After effects. However, I am not able to drag and drop an element into time line in Premiere Pro from motion factory window. The motion factory window is available and all the elements and presets are visible as previews there but, they are NOT staying there (in timeline) or becoming available as I drag them over the timeline. Kindly help.
I have also tried to contact by sending an email to your website but, I could not proceed with my message as I was asked to provide the purchase code of the pack. I assume there is none since its a free pack and was downloaded from your site.

Hello , Sorry if we were not able to answer you sooner in our help center , please first create a sequence and then drag items into that existing sequence to see if the issue happens or not.

Actually Typoking is a completely separate package but you can find some similar items in Infinity too.

Hello , you can simply remove the folder from Motion Factory panel by right clicking on it and selecting remove , then by importing the new one you will access to new update.

In the infinity pack, you’ll get Infinity Tool for Adobe After Effects CC2018.
but i have infinity tool but there are no flags in for the file after effect 2018 only for 2019

Some genuine feedback here to the developers: I purchased this product 4 days ago. My issues with the previews not loading, and the marketplace being down, remain unresolved. I understand that your server is still down and so the marketplace might be out of action at the moment. Support has gone silent on me regarding the previews not loading. I have tried their recommendations about moving the data to a new location. I have not heard back. Is anyone else here having issues with previews not loading? It’s impossible to see which motion effect will be loaded without the thumbnail preview. I have reviewed many of the comments and there are a lot of confused and frustrated customers here. This product looks amazing. I just want it to work. Please help.

Hi there, I saved an AE title file as a .mov; afterwards I added the .mov title file to the beginning of my premiere pro video, but the ratio/titles are extremely big and cutting into the remainder of the opening. In AE; under the quicktime video codec option the file was saved as animation. What is causing this? Thanks
