It seems that only the Light leaks transitions are not working with my project? I am using Premiere Pro 2020 on a Mac. As with other transitions, dragging it into my timeline pulls the transition and the sample video file in. I remove the video file, and it there is no light leak in my footage. Any ideas?
Not working with Camera transition either 
I just tried it in CC 2019 and it worked on an older project. Unfortunately I can’t revert to an older version with the projects I am working.

I have a large project with about 30 video tracks, I’m hitting option click to enable them all except the V1 but after V7 it won’t seem to let me enable any more and turns off the previous track. I see stock footage when importing to the timeline…

Hello, I have a problem with the product. At startup, it does not work properly and the computer freezes. The entire Adobe Premiere Pro program drastically slows down. Hi. Thx for the notice. I’ll inform you when issue will be resolved. This bug is really odd, because all of other flat transitions are exactly the same and there is absolutely no reason for this to happen.
The videohive transition pack is about drag and drop. But nothing happens in my timeline. The transition shows the template ones and not on my images /videos. Please let me know where can I send an attachment for a detailled view. My Premiere is latest one 2020. Kindly assist.

Experiencing slow performance once I import the project into premiere pro. Saw others in the comments had simmular issues. I have a Intel i9-9900K @ 3.60 GHZ, 32 GB Ram, Nvidia RTX 2080 Ti 11GB Ram and yes I have GPU Acceleration (CUDA) enabled in Premiere.
Hi. It depends on your project actually. If it’s 4K or pretty big 1080p project with lots of footage, importing all of the transitions can make workflow slower. But there is very simple solution. Please email me via my profile page and I’ll provide you with it.
what to do if the first time you open a project with transitions, the premiere cannot find many previews of the Glass and zoom anchor transitions. Moreover, if you link them manually, the premiere gives a general import error. I will be very grateful if you help, for the time being I do not understand much about this. Separately, these previews are imported without problems.

What if my project is Letterbox 4K UltraHD – 3840×1607?
Hi. You can use transitions with any custom resolution.
The tutorial says the sequence resolution must match exactly but there’s no 3840×1607 to choose from.
As I’ve told you before, you can use transitions with any custom resolution. PDF-manual is located here: ”\Premiere\Help and additional tutorials”. Simply follow this file “How_to_change_transitions_resolution.PDF” and make 3840×1607.

Yeah, I know you said that in your first reply BUT… your video tutorial which is included with the transition package makes no mention of using the transitions with “custom resolutions”. You might want to make mention of that at about 1:23 in your video tutorial so people who watch it first know custom resolutions are possible. Thanks for clearing that up.

Hi There, i seem to have a problem with many of the transitions where i get, what can only be described as lined pixelation. This happens for different transitions, and i can work out why? Some of them work fine and other don’t. I can send you a screen shot if you send your email. cheers

Hello, I’m really enjoying the pack so far however I have recently run into an issue. When applying the transitions over my footage (1920×1080 25p) it alters the exposure of the image while the transition is on screen. This seems to happen whenever a transition is applied to a clip that contrains lumetri (which I use a lot).
Have you encountered this before and if so do you have a work arround?

This issue is not related to transitions, it’s just how specific effects interfere with each other.

Hi, love the pack. When using flat transitions (and maybe this happens with others, but at the moment I am using the flat transition and noticed it), it changes the brightness of the layer. I have two photos in Pr, and transition them. The second photo is slightly darker, until the transition ends it then brightens up to normal. Nothing in the transition layers effects opacity, so I can’t figure out why it’s changing the brightness level. Can you help? Thanks
Hi. This is well know issue of CC 2019 and it has nothing to do with my pack. It’s just something very wrong with some Premiere Pro effects. Here is discussion on Adobe forums https://community.adobe.com/t5/Premiere-Pro/CC-2019-some-effects-which-aren-t-connected-with-color/td-p/10215344.
The problem is that for some insane reason Premiere changes exposure in some cases, and there are no effects which interfere with exposure. And Adobe is aware of that and doesn’t do a thing.
Btw, this issue never appeared in CC 2018. p.s.: what’s your graphics card, Nvidia or Radeon?

Got it. I guess Radeon is the reason. Adobe has very strange relationship with AMD (some effects simply don’t work, for example VR Glitch), so if you’ll change your graphics card to Nvidia that should never happen. Or you can simply test it on some other system with Nvidia on board, just to make sure that it’s 100% graphics card issue.
I have the same issue today, in CC 2020. And I have an Nvidia RTX 2060 Super. Very frustrating.
I just realised this is myself, lol, I didn’t read the username. I forgot I left this comment 8 months ago. How funny. Anyway, I’m on CC2020 now and using Nvidia and the issue still exists. Cheers. Haha.
