HI… I’m confused by there being 4000+ items in the bundle, but having a Regular License which means single end product… isn’t the point of buying a bundle to get lots of tools and use them to make lots of different content? It’s even called ‘Infinity Tool’... maybe it should be under the Tools license which allows multiple uses?
Hello there , we will change our license to Tools so feel free for using this product for multiple project but for one brand , if you change your brand or company you need to purchase another license.

All of MOGRT and AEP files are ready to customize but it depends on your skill , actually we recommend our user to use our item as template and not as a source file which they can customize.
Having issues with my call outs: The preview is different when I load it up in AE. Example: Preview show line going up and to left and when I add it to comp it goes straight up.

Any possibility for previews in AE2018 ? I’m using this version cause it’s most stable for me and not intend to change my AE version.
You can use 2017.1 version but we do not recommend using it due to features missing
On the backgrounds in the pack, for after effects how do you make them repeat? I have tried stretching them and time remapping without it working. Can you tell me the correct way to make them repeat? Thanks

The simple shape 27 duration is 5s. How can I change to 45s ?

I did this procedure before. Inside the composition (simple shape 27) everything works fine. But when I back to the principal composition the simple shape 27 only works for 5s; nothing changes.

Do you need to be always connected to internet to use? What if I want to work offline if I am traveling?
Hello there , if you intend to use Motion Factory in AE or PR you need to be online but while you’re offline you can import our files into AE and PR by their import procedure without needing any online connection.
Do you just need to be online initially once and then from then on can you use it offline, even with restarting after effects?
Yes,you can use it offline by using the Motion Factory.
I downloaded and installed but all boxes are black but not the folder pictures just the items within the folders.
Also some sound effects let me hover to preview them, while other ones are just black boxes
When I try to add any into project by right clicking and import it says “unable to import file – title – as project (bad format or not readable)”
Ok update so the 2018 folder works on some categories while other ones are blacked…? Sounds folder issue still same as above.
And now the 2018 don’t work again, until I restart the plugin. But 2019 folder is still all black boxes.

Hi! I’m noticing that the Youtube Mock-Ups (Under “Social Website”) have a duration of 15 secs but when I try and extend the duration to match a video in the placeholder, the sound is stretched and distorted. How do I extend the duration of the composition and retaining the original video (in the placeholder) for any length? Thank you!
