I was going to purchase this, but after reading all of hte comments I think I will pass.
Actually those comments are for that period of time which our platform Motion Factory had some minor issues , now it has been resolved and i can assure you there will be no issue with our package.

We’ve purchased, downloaded and unzipped the app. We’ve checked the quickstart pdf and downloaded zxp installer. However, we can’t find motion-factory-setup.zxp in the app’s folder. The link you provide in the pdf takes us back to Envato. Please advise!

Thanks – did that and tried to open with ZXP Installer, but it fails, saying “Installation failed because the extension is not compatible with the installed applications”. I’m running OS X with Adobe CC2019 and all Adobe apps are up to date.

Hello there , actually there is no separate purchase on Infinity tools , you need to purchase the whole package,
Anytime I try to import any social elements, I get the error: Error at line 1 in property ‘Opacity’ of layer 7 (‘BG’) in comp ‘MF – Social Elements 30’. SyntaxError: Unexpected token else, an expression was disabled as a result of an error.
How can I go about fixing this?

How do I swap out the images in the premier version of the templates. I see several scenes with people in them and no where to swap them out when I pull up the layout in premier. It’s just text. How do I make this happen? I intended to use this for a clients project this week. HELP!!!
Hello there , if in that specific file there is a black area it means that you can insert an image in lower layer of sequence and change the position of that layer to have image there but if there is an image there which should not be , it’s our fault and we will include the fixed version in future updates for sure.
Test their Motion Factory extension (the newest one) before buying this pack. The import function does not work for me, so using the Infinity Tool is far from easy (need to manually launch individual previews and import individual AE projects). I’ve been in contact with their support, but they’re not too fast with replies and so far they couldn’t provide a solution for the problem I’m having. Their other extension works fine, not to mention the extensions from other developers.
Just found the solution after seeing another script was calling a cmd prompt window that kept hanging (something about Soundmixer.exe).. so for anyone else experiencing issues with this extension, the problem is on your computer, the extension is fine. Most probably you had / have been infected with a crypto miner called Soundmixer.exe.. You have to delete the Soundmixer folder from C:\Users\”name”\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft .. then you need to make 2 changes to the registry… details here: http://bit.ly/30rf2mz (the registry key mentioned at step 1d and which you have to delete is called “Autorun”). In my case, the Soundmixer folder was not there (probably deleted by antivirus), but the registry keys were the ones causing the problem. Fixed those keys and now everything works fine.

so after I finally managed to use the Motion Factory extension, I just have to say it: it’s BRILLIANT!! JUST AWESOME!! A truly amazing way to organize and preview your assets for a project.

I’m experiencing a strange problem with the Motion Factory extension. When I install it, but without launching it, After Effects runs fine. When I launch the extension, I get a message from your extension saying AE needs to close “to install its plugin”. I hit OK, then I notice the file MotionFactory100 is created in MediaCore. When opening AE again and launching the extension, I get an error saying: “Can’t import file ” : 0 ”: unsupported filetype or extension.” (this error appears even if there is no folder imported in the extension). I hit OK and import a file or folder.. the extension works fine. But then, each time I open any projects in AE, I get another error, saying “Unable to execute script at line 0. After Effects error: Can not run a script while a modal dialog is waiting for response.” After I hit OK everyting runs fine (AE and your extension), it’s just that it’s really annoying. Removing the file MotionFactory100 from MediaCore, makes this error disappear (the “Unable to execute script at line 0….” error). But it appears again as soon as MotionFactory100 is created in MediaCore when using your extension. Do you have any ideas how to fix this? Hello there , in premiere you need to move your image into sequence in lower layer than main video and then adjust the image position , please try that and let us know about the result
I get an error when adding some of the transitions. I get run script error uncaught exception box with an OK button. I click on it and it doesnt show the transition on the project. Please advise.
