Hello, The pack is amazing and I really appreciate your efforts and creativity. Still I am facing a problem that none of my presets are auto resizing to the comp size. It is really irritating like I have to make all my projects in square ratio and comps didn’t fit to that ratio. Please help !
Hello there , infinity tool items are rendered in Full HD resolution so this resizing issue happens on higher or lower resolution ?
It happens in both of the time : when I make comp smaller or bigger. It does not fit the comp size…
Thanks for sharing your information , i talked to our art director and he confirmed that auto sizing is only available in single scene category and other categories does not support that feature as it require much more scripts and it will cause performance issue

Hi there, Im trying to install this into AE but I dont have the blue import button like shown in the tutorial S: Im able to go to the dashboard and access “install from file” but that doesnt work either. Any help? My version is 2.41

It doesn’t support khmer unicode font. Can you make this template work properly with khmer unicode font? My friend has this license and I am interesting too but this template can be used with unicode font.

Actually premiere 2019 does support font modification , when you select the item in sequence bar you can see the font property ( if it’s available ) in essential graphic or motion factory panel.

Hi, I purchase Infinity Tool and I am really satisfied with your product, the only problem I have is that some of the files does not show a preview image, it shows a black square with AEP in the middle, the second issue is that when I go to DISCOVER none of the tabs display any itens, not even the FREE tab, is there something I need to do in order to access those free items? Thank you

Hello, a few things I want to point out. 1. On your included tutorial, you show that the Ae and Pr versions both have different thumbnails so that it’s easy to see which one is for Ae or Pr. https://imgur.com/a/IJfLk6v (notice the Ae and Pr logos on right side of thumbnails) however, in reality, both the Ae and Pr folders use the same cover.png image (which shows the Ae name). Can you update this so that the Pr folder’s cover.png shows the Pr logo and the Ae version cover.png shows the Ae logo instead of just the name. https://imgur.com/a/8gRGh8w (notice the right side of thumbnails do not show any Pr or Ae logos, they both say Ae, and one of them even says CC2018).
2. The Pr version is missing the updates (missing device mock ups, google ads banners, premade scenes, logo reveals, neon, film credit, social pages). https://imgur.com/a/sT3n5yc
And, the Pr version is missing the 10 new items you added to the background category. Essentially, the update had zero updates for Pr users and only included new stuff for Ae users. I also assume that the “fix minor issues” only applies to Ae users as well and were not fixed for Pr users. Would love to see some love for Pr users too
3. Over 70% of the web elements for the Pr version are .mp4 files and not actual mogrt files. It has been this way for a long time.

I hope to see these changes soon as I would love to take advantage of the new updates (as a pr user) and would love to be able to really use the web elements since most of them are just .mp4.. Also dont forget about updating the cover image for both Ae and Pr folders to show the correct logo and the correct CC2019 year

Thank you very much for reaching to us and sharing your feedback, This is very valuable to us,, We will consider all and fix it ASAP. The only point here is about Pr version of all elements.
Unfortunately, Premiere Pro Mogrt files have limitations and the biggest one is a placeholder for photos and videos, So at this time with the current features of Premiere we cannot convert these types of elements. We are trying to find a way to recreate some of the items %100 in premiere so customers can use placeholders in Pr too but that takes time. I wish Adobe do something about it in near future because this is the biggest disadvantage of MOGRT files right now. But we will update the Pr elements too in near future with new items and new exciting categories, So stay tuned

Hi, I download the infinty tool free pack, but it does not have any Premier files, only AE. Is there a free pack available for Premiere?
Unfortunately for now only AE files are included , Premiere ones will be available soon.
I would really love to see these feaqtures added to Motion Factory:

And as extra bonus, would be dope to have a collapsable “side menu bar button”. I have so many mogrt products from various authors and many from Pixflow, it becomes hard trying to find my favorites.
