How do I change the font for Minimal Titles I – 17? I can change it initially, but when the animation swipes over it, it goes back to the default font. There’s no option to change it.

I’m using After Effects v16.1.2 on MacOS v10.14.5.

Is it OK to use this effect on my personal YouTube channel for multiple videos? Envato says you need one license per video. The contents of pixflow say that you can use it freely regardless of the number of videos on a single license. It’s very confusing.
Hello there , you can use our project base on the brand , so for one brand you use one license , and for the second brand you purchase additional license.
Hi I just bought the package a few days ago and can’t install it. I’m on a Mac using Premiere and Aftereffects CC 2019. Your instructions say to put the folder in the Essential Graphic folder. There is no Essential Graphic folder in the file path. If I can’t get this installed can I get a refund? Thanks.

When the Motion Factory window pops up there is no Import button. All is see in the window is an ActionFX template

Just purchased and tried to install. You guys really need to do an install video. Your instructions are all over the place. Only way I figured it out was reading through comments. So It does not work with AE 2019. I logged in and loaded the Typoking folder through MF and all it shows is the txt file no Typoking files show up!.
? So do you use motion-factory-setup.zxp ? Or do you use the MF file here https://pixflow.net/products/motion-factory/download.html - You put all this work into the FX, do a new video, drop it in the download folder and walk your customers through it. – Note some say that the only way they got it to work was to go back to AE2018 so what gives does this work with AE2019, if so how?

Thanks for your suggestion , surely we will consider it , if you are using AE 2019 you can simply install Motion Factory ( ZXP ) and then import the folders as mentioned in https://help.pixflow.net/hc/en-us/articles/360026026374-Motion-Factory-How-to-install-Typoking- ( please import CC 2019 folder ) , if there was any issue on that procedure please contact us on http://help.pixflow.net
Thanks for the quick reply, I did follow the directions in the link, however you say ( please import CC 2019 folder ) I am using AE In my download this folder says “01 – Typoking After Effects ( CC2018 ) – Motion Factory 2”. The “03 – Typoking Premiere CC2019 – Motion Factory 3” is for Premier not AE. Please advise

Actually its OK “03 – Typoking Premiere CC2019 – Motion Factory 3” worked in AE2019 all is good now 
but you may want to rename the file so people using AE2019 will know.
Thank for letting us know , actually that worked because Motion Factory is able to use MOGRTs even in AE too so there is no need of renaming folders but again thanks for letting us know.
The “enable duration” feature doesn’t work with your .mogrt files
This feature is possible in Premiere Pro because other authors have enabled it so that all we have to do is just extend or shorten the clips on the timeline and the intro/outro duration will automatically adjust.

hi. i recently updated AE for latest version (16.1.2 ) after my windows reinstal. i am trying to run motion factory but iside AE i have a window with with logins only ( login via googla via twitter and via facebook ) but dont have the motion factory as i was before ?? dont get it…. what for is that login. ? or what am i doing wrong

Gents, I can’t understand: Motion Factory is for AE, not for PR, the site sais. So if I want to install only for PR, I have to copy-pasta into common/EssentialGraphic. After that, no TypoKing is shown in PR!! If I install Motion Factory, it is shown in the extensions of AE, not in PR. Please, create an installation guide better that the one you provide! I’m waiting to have your product working.
Hello there , actually we have 2 motion factory versions , first one is motion factory classic which can be found in https://pixflow.net/products/motion-factory/download.html and motion factory 3 which can be found in https://pixflow.net/products/motion-factory/premiere-pro/ , motion factory classic is for AE only and motion factory 3 is for AE and PR , Typoking is available for both version of Motion Factory , for motion factory classic it’s a mfg file which you drag into motion factory panel , for motion factory 3 you simply import whole folder into Motion Factory and start using MOGRT files.
I’m Sorry but if for 59$ i can’t change the fonts in premiere, and in after effects the extention never can work because of server problems, so it is usless.

Hello,I thought the product yesterday and my installation of the package keep failing. The motion factory says the update is needed but it leads me the website and download the same file. The current version of the motion factory is 2.42.

Hello there , Thanks for contacting us , first please make sure you’re dropping the MFG file into Motion Factory panel , if it did not work please click on dashboard icon on right top corner then click on package tab then click on install from file button and select the MFG file again , please let us know know about the result.
I wanted to know which one is faster at rendering on Premiere Pro:
A. Using Dynamic Link to bring clips to AE, adding template via Type Builder (or Motion Factory), then rendering on Premiere
B. Using .mogrt directly inside of Premiere Pro and not using AE dynamic link

Wow! It’s a hard question! Well it really depends the items and you settings and you hardware and software! There’s no exact answer unless you actually try both, But in my knowledge, because Adobe use the same process to render the final videos, It should be the same at the end. But that’s just a guess. I recommend you to finalize your video in Pr if your whole project is on Premiere.
Hello, I ‘m back again with updates. So, I see a lot of problems in the comments here. All of this, because your help installation file is not ok. You don’t explain how can manage the installation until the end. Today I resolved the situation. Following your help description until the end, but when I open the Premiere Pro, the motion panel cannot be founded, must be activated from Premier menu: Windows/Extensions/Motion Factory and after in the opened panel you must upload the Typoking Folder. So, this procedure must find in your help file, it’s very important. All the best!

Actually there was no logo item in Premiere version from beginning due to technical limitation of Premiere platform.

Yeah got it. I checked on AE 2019 and it worked. I have 1 more question, if i delete a text animation from the timeline created with type builder and when i put it back from the project panel, the freeze in and freeze out markers disappear. How do i get back those markers to control the speed?
