AmaZing! I can use my own logo and the 3D geometry is generated from the paths for video to be mapped onto?

Got my logo to work..just a new longer word, but then the opening sequence disappears and so does my opening footage? Please advise. I have watched the tutorials a few times.

It made me work, but if it works the key is to have the 3D element. Thank you.

I’m trying to texture the walls within my logo for video, but for whatever reason, the video is being split in half with the bottom is where the top should be, and vice versa. Does anyone know how to fix this? Here are the links of what it is I’m looking at.

We need step by step instructions on how to do this. Where do I find Element 3D Layer, Scene Setup ,etc??

I had the same problem.

What you can try is RELINK Scenes from ELEMENT 3D : Even if it says that no file is missing !!!

I had no texture missing on the Scene Setup of Element, but I only saw “black screen”; after I relink the files in both Element layers I could see the “blue footage”

Element 3D Layer -> Scene Setup -> File -> Relink Scenes Files -> Choose folder where “texture” is. Don’t forget to save before leaving Element window.

Do it in both Element layers.

I am working on the flip book version. For some reason I can not see the pictures flip through? It’s just black screen. I was able to get the other version working, and it worked great. I am just having issues with the picture flip version. The other issue is I can not get my logo to take the texture in elements. It seems there, but really dark. Almost black. I did not have this issue in the version used in the tutorial.

hello, anytime I try to relink textures on Element 3D my After Effects Crashes!!! please help!! I am using CC 2019 and Element V2

I can’t seem to get this project file to load into After Effects :/ For whatever reason, every time I try to open the project file, the program will not load 100% and it freezes! I tried re-downloading the original files, Restarted my computer and still nothing Any thoughts? Help?

Dear Sir, Your template is marvelous. However, I would advise that you post another video with 4 most common troubles and how fix it. As for myself, I have all the plugins required but I get black screen only.

there are missing files on your Hero logo template its missing “Elements” and does not properly work. please fix your downloads to make sure they have the proper files, not fun to spend money only to have a template no work. I now have to find a new opener to use, instead of yours
