You can apply a saved preset to a single character instance using a plugin with two clicks. I have done all installation as per your guide but I want to customize and generate as per my choice but its not created. when I click on generated button there are some default character that has being generating . I have attached character in mail if we cannot customize the character the its not a useful plugin. If I am saving preset then there should be added a ,ale character I mean 17th character in list. but its not adding. please clear all the issue. or refund the money

The problem with saving presets can be only in one case when you have not performed the first step from the guide, in particular, for Windows users, you need to run the After Effects with administrator rights so that the After Effects have the ability to write files to disk. There are no other reasons.

And if the problem persists, then you still run the After Effect without administrator rights. The documentation provides visual examples of how to do this. You can also contact us via email hello@ainforce.com and we will provide you with screenshots with a specific place in the documentation.

Hi. Unfortunately, the rigging of our character does not support characters that are different in parameters from our character. But if you want to make your version of clothes for our character, then it can be done in two ways:
1) Make changes to the source file (AI file).
2) Add your parts to the appropriate compositions in the character’s single instance (in After Effects).

Male Elastic character has 130 outfits, while the standard character has 178 outfits. As for body forms, the current version has no other body forms, but it will be available in version 3.0.

Hi. Our toolkit works on version CC 2019, however, for this version in the project settings you need to select the type of expression engine (Project Settings > Expressions > Expression Engine “Legacy ExtendScript”). The project documentation has a visual example of how to do this.

Hi. 1) No, the character size does not change inside. We conducted testing at the development stage and this does not have a significant impact, so we left option 4K.
2) While creating animations or viewing animations, you can disable heavyweight parts (face, hands). In our plugin there are special buttons that enable / disable these parts.
3) We have a video tutorial that is made for educational purposes. This is based on the previous version 1.3, but the principle is relevant regardless of the version.
