Renders out incorrectly, looks fine in premier until rendered out.,also size is wrong when bringing into timeline? Should the size auto correct itself?
This situations happens because our items rendered on 4K, So if you want to resize the item on on Full HD just press Ctrl + Alt + Shift + H to fit the width to your screen, You can also go inside the comp for example Kinetic Typo 01 and Press Ctrl + K , Make the comp size bigger and it will remove the cut offs but after this some elements might be cause the broken animation. I suggest you to fit it to width.
Hi, I’m making a HD piece. I’m trying to use items from the kinetic section. Every time I hit the ‘create button’, it makes the composition, but the frame size is ALWAYS too small and cuts off the text. Which looks even worse on my 16:9 HD comp because the words cut off mid frame. I thought this was suppose to resize for the frame it’s creating for. I’m using AE 2019

I have just purchased this item, and when I drag the file .mfg (CC2018) file into the Motion Factory window in After Effects it says ‘Installation Failed’. I’m using he latest AE build which is CC2019, is this the reason?

Hi … you’re support platform doesn’t work fine … In After Effects CC2019, I’m using 3 times the same title animation and when I change the text in one of them, the 3 of them are changing. What is the mistake am I committing please ?

Hello there , actually installaion process depends on what platform you want to use , if you are using AE then you can install Motion Factory 2 and then start the installation as mentioned in our help center , but if you are using PR then you need to install >Motion Factory 3 and then start the package import process , for more help please contact us on http://help.pixflow.net
