Creating text message pack 01 gives an error of “Opps something went wrong” and crashes the AE 2019
After a restart of AE and creating the same Text Massage pack 01 gives an error again and when I render the comp it crashes the AE

Some animations are so fast the reader cannot read the text, is there any way to slow them down?
There is no time remap in kinetic type 17 or 18, they so fast that readers cant read the lines and they are gone.

I did went through that article but in kinetic type 17 or 18 its not creating any time remap layer…. i tried both in a new project and an existing one!
I just double checked and create a new project and a new composition and then created the Kinetic Typos 20 and in the folder there was no composition with the time remap or as a matter of fact there is not composition created for Kinetic text time remap….
Can you tell me how to slow down the animation when there is no time remap layer available?
This time I tried using Kinetic Typos 14 and just changed the word from ONE to THREE and the entire image had unexpected behavior! And there is no time remap layer in this too!

Is this an error or I am missing something?
You marketed it as EASY but changing words disrupts the entire animation!
In Kinetic Typos 14 just changed the text from “OR” to “Credentials” does not show the entire word…
Are these error because of bugs or after changing the text the animation breaks?

https://prnt.sc/nfso6eI discovered that if I create the animation in an EMPTY project, it creates an remap composition but its empty and if I already have an composition in a project it will not create the remap composition
Your Kinetic Typos are buggy, they do not create any time remap composition no matter its a new project with or without existing composition. I am on CC AE 2019 and I am sure you can reproduce this error on your end!

Its not about refund, I am reporting bug in the software so that could your team can iron them out.
You have a visually amazing product, which is very comprehensive and if you just iron these bugs out it becomes functioning and behaving as expected.

I’m considering to buy this product. But I’m wondering if I can use it for Korean. Is it perfectly working with other languages rather than English? If it is, can I use it with any Korean font?
Hello there , , Yes you can use other languages if you find a proper font for your style in your language.
I don’t understand how this is listed as ‘easy’ when you can’t change the font without opening up layers in after effects, exporting as separate files, then bringing back in, which most of the time doesn’t work. And the extension isn’t compatible with adobes 2019 update to change fonts. Update immediately or refund.

Having trouble installing TypoKing to AE2019. Was told it was compatible before purchasing. Downloaded Motion Factory just fine and can see the 5 different packs of builders and all of them come with a free starter pack except Type Builder. When I go to install the purchased TypoKing pack, following all tutorials, I get an “installation failure” notice. I’m on a Mac running OS X 10.13.6. I’ve submitted a ticket and tried talking to someone via Facebook messenger, but am not getting any help.

This is pretty buggy. AE cosntantly crashes. I cant close the extension window. A lot of times I cant even open AE because it crashes. Whenever I uninstall motion factory, my AE goes back to normal. AE 2019, lastest update. Any solutions on this?

Hey, how do I get the modern motion graphic? I see it the folder, Typoking Premiere – Motion Factory 3, but where is the AE one?

I have searched but have come up short, which is why I am asking this…. Is there a “subtitle”-effect within this plugin? I wan to translate my speech in subtitles so am trying. Have you got any suggestion which one to use in this plugin?
Thanks for contacting us , actually you can use typoking for that purpose , we have “lower” category , but if you want proper result you can use our new package wich will be available next month , that package has “subtitle” category for that specific purpose

Actually it’s a separate package which should purchased separately , so that package will have some items which are designed for “Subtitle” purpose

Hi There, Thank you for awesome titles. The problem that nearly 2/3 titles have missing fonts, and as a result the not usable. First issue that there are fonts needed and they not in archive. Second issue – somehow motion factory doesn’t see fonts that installed in the system and as a result doesn’t reflect them correctly. I’m using it with adobe premiere cc

I can’t change font on Premiere Pro cc 2019. It doesn’t have an option for changing font. And when I take your MOGRT template into timeline, it is very jerky and take time too long to render. I sent you a ticket for supporting but i haven’t got any respond from you.
