I am having an issue with Motion 5 where my 1920×1080 PNG logo (which has a color circle in the middle) only shows up as a metallic circle. Also the documentation is very unclear about how to use it.

Bought this. Went into Motion, put my PNG logo in, but it just shows a round metallic circle. How can I get my logo to appear?

I just bought this. When I open it in Motion 5 (on a brand new iMac) and try to Render it down, I get a Rendering Error 3. This also happens when I try to export to Quicktime. I just open your original file (for ver. 5) and it won’t render. It also takes about 15-20 minutes to render. I get the error right at the end.
