I purchased the product but updated after effects and then had to downgrade since the new version had bugs. I had to re-add the plugin with motion bro but then it said i needed to add my purchase code. I added the one I got and said it had already been used. I have tried some trouble shooting tutorials but nothing seems to work, any help? Thanks
Hey! I have problem since a few days and I didn’t find out how to solve it.
When using a transition (eg Dist Zooms) between Layer1 > Layer2, the smaller layer disappearing/appearing on the screen does the transition between small to big (or vice-versa) but meanwhile doing this, there’s a version of this layer in the background taking all the screen space.
I understood while working with the extension that you sort of duplicate the specific layer so that it takes all remaining space on the screen, but nowadays it don’t.

My version of Motion Bro is 2.2.2. The transitions pack version is 5.3 and the cloned transitions are Camera/simple/ “Hst – Cam Spl – Left” and “Hst – Cam Spl – Right”, both of them move right, I can make a video of the issue if it helps.

In the transition “Hst – Cam Spl – Right” there really was this problem and now I fixed it. Please download and install the latest version of the preset package from your download page.
However, even in the current version, you can quickly change the direction using this option:

Hello, if I try to use the ZXP installation I get the following error: ““Installation failed because the extension is not compatible with the installed applications” while if I go through a manual installation I have to manually create the extensions folder but after I extract the files, still the “extensions” setting doesn’t popup under “Windows” on after effects. What should I do?

Hi, I just downloaded the latest version of handy seamless transition pack and installed the motion bro extension, but after I open AE it says, on the extention window: “HST. list file not found. It may be deleted or removed from original position”. What can I do?
checked everything. I could not have changed the path since I installed it immediately after downloading. it’s not in temporary folders (the last version was in the same folder) and I tried re-installing it something like 6 times now. I really don’t know what to do

Hi! I made an upgrade to MotionBro and now when it asks for my purchase code it doesn’t work and says “No sale belongs to the current user found with the code.”
Update: Problem fixed. I’ve purchased other MotionBro packages and it looks like I needed to confirm my purchase for each package individually w/ their respective purchase code.

Hey everyone….i’m doing a bit of life saving here as i’ve just spent almost 3 whole work days trying to figure this out. Figured i’d share the wealth as these are great transitions !
So it seems that in CC 2019 these have some difficulties fitting the right comp size. Often you’ll get a script error followed by hours of frustration.. THIS IS HOW YOU FIX IT. IT’S SUPER SIMPLE:
When you’re working within after effects, go to File>Project Settings>Expressions…there will be a drop down menu…> LEGACY EXTEND SCRIPT
