I’d think being dependent on a paid plugin would be the first thing you’d put in the description. I don’t have the plugin, and didn’t realize it needed it until after purchase. Can I get support or a refund for this?

What I did: 1. I read your instruction PDF 2. I changed the composition duration of ””Image_PlaceHolder”. 3. I replaced the Image content with video content, also the duration of comp. 4. I replaced the layers with the new ones and also the duration 5. Finally I build the “stair way” with the layer

Do I have to change the plug-in-settings?
