First time it worked fine, now motion bro cant find any of the transitions even after i reinstalled my authentic copy of after effects. I also reinstalled motion bro and re-downloaded the transition and it still isnt working. I love these transitions but they just arnt working anymore can i please have help!! I basically just wasted $50 if it cant be fixed

I would also like to know if this product connects to your adobe account rather than your computer? Hi! I am having issues with the particle transitions. Whenever I apply them, during mid transition it just goes black and transitions into the next clip. Its ugly, unlike how the preview is shown in motion bro. The particles DO appear, its just, why is there a moment it turns completely black? Please. I want to use this.

i have a issue with all particles transition. it seem that the plugin doesnt work on other aspect such as 3264×1344 or something like this. the transition move away so that it doesnt look “right”, additional the background is black not like the samples. Thanks for help,

Hello! If I understand you correctly, then you need to create a separate composition with the required resolutions, there apply a transition on the elements. Then add this composition to your main composition.
