Hi there, just bought the package, looked awesome. I am currently on AE 2019, and I have installed the script in the correct folder. According to the instructions I next have to open a template for the script to work…but this may be a silly question, but what is the ‘template’ that I must open?

Saying that I am struggling to use the product because in the ‘Slideshow construction video’ there is a render file and it instructs me to use that, but in my templates I don’t have that folder.
You most likely opened a light version of the template, where only ready-made designs. I advise you to start the file Instagram Stories Pack v5.aep (there you will find all the necessary folders). But if I misunderstood you, contact me by mail (or WhatsApp) and we will solve all your problems very promptly.
hi. When I apply the seamless transitions (Elastic Down) in-between 2 video, it appears a black color transition. Any ideal? Thanks

Hello) In the latest one, we added a convenient panel with a preview window for all elements and an editor where you can easily create your own stories in a few clicks. Plus, we added Christmas stories and 25 new transitions. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!

Hey! I am new to all this stuff but would like to spicen up our instagram profile with some sick looking posts and stories and really love the templates. How easy is it for a newbie to after effects to create these? and can I just change images, colours and text the way I want to without problems`?
My last question is if I need any other software at all or just after effects?

Hello, you can see the reviews, I helped a lot of beginners. The project has video tutorials where everything is shown, you can very easily edit the template. to work with the template you need only Adobe After Effecs CC2014 or higher.))

I got one more question actually^^ is it possible to change the fonts as well? because we have brand guidelines and would have to stick to the fonts we normally use.
I also guess that colours can be changed easily as well?

Hello!, we tried to give maximum control to the design of each element. It seems to us that this is very important when you can change the color scheme. A lot of people make a render queue (set up several designs and put on a render) if the color palette were the same, it would be impossible.
When will the next update with the previews will be available?
Hello! we are trying very hard to catch in a week. But Christmas is ahead, and the script is not ready yet, but new Christmas designs are ready, if we don’t have time to turn on the script, we will release a new update in 3 days without a panel, and before Christmas we will release the update with a quick access panel and a tool where you can create your stories . We are working on it!
Hi, Bought your project. But if I wanna edit some projects I only can replace text or use a placeholder. How can I edit the projects? It’s like something is turned off and your only able to change text and images/video. For instance “Shop & Store 03”. I wanna change the yellow upper half with video. But AE is only showing textlayers and a color control layer. All layers are also turned off while they are visible. Must be a setting. Hope you can help. Marcel

Hi, it’s theoretically compatible, but you must add components yourself. These are different products. I have not edited for this and can not guarantee you stability. But I can say that in the next update there will be a convenient panel for quick access and editing.

Just a tip perhaps from someone who uses a AE and PR a lot… is it possible to create the convenient panel with an already existing extension like AE Viewer or something like that?
The reason I ask is because…each creator is launching their own panel so we end up with 10 different panels for each project haha..

Unfortunately, this is a market, competition is pushing to create its own extansion. The panel that will appear in the next update will be simple, convenient and will save your time.

Hello! Over the past 5 months there have been 4 updates. Yes, new designs, new items will be in the next updates. 12 animated labels and prices are included in this pack, all that is in the video is all included, “Animated Labels and Prices” is slightly different there are more elements (20).
PS The next update is scheduled for this month, there will be a new tool where you can create unique stories yourself, as well as new Christmas designs, new items and transitions.
