Well purchasing this clock will do me no good. I guess the 24/7 help isn’t true. no one to follow up and help. They just want me to keep purchasing more programs that I have no desire to purchase. My loss of money. Live and learn.

The Item Details page says “No 3rd party plugins required” but it also says “Uses Plugins Trapcode Particular”. Do I need Trapcode Particular to use this project?
Also, can the big numbers 2018 be edited?

Thank you very much for your kind words and for your interest in our work! The particles are pre-rendered, so you don’t need Particular plugin. It says that it uses the plugin, just because the particles are made with the plugin and we have to specify which plugins were used. Yes, all the texts (including the year) can be edited. Hi, I’ve purchased this and most of the assets won’t open. For example, the fireworks movies don’t load, and when trying to play in another player report an encoding error.
If this can’t be fixed in the next day, I will need a refund as it’s for NYE!

Thank you very much for your purchase and for your kind words! Much appreciated! You need After Effects to edit the project. The clock is pre-rendered and can be played for 1 minute. I’m sorry, it’s not possible to be played for 1 hour. The only way, would be to start with the last scene (where you can animate the clock hands in After Effects) and finish with the animation from preview, 1 minute before midnight.

I have a couple of questions regarding this video:
1. Can this video work after purchasing it without streaming online? 2. Will you be able to remove all the logos and branding before sending the video as I dont have the program to edit it?

It might be more generally applicable if the clock was Element3D, because we could automize the message, the fonts (clock numbers), even the hands, to accommodate all sorts of applications. I am surprised no one has down this (yet : )?
The snow flakes could be hot sparks, as well as diet particles, making it even more versatile.
