Hi, I’m having a couple of issues -

1. When importing it asks me to locate the support files (which is fine, I locate them no problem)

2. When applying to the timeline following your tutorial the original images are also being applied over the top of my images

3. How do I resize the dimensions to fit? I am creating a video 1920h x 1080w for Instagram and even when using your Instagram transitions they’re the wrong dimensions.

I just bought it, following the general requirements, but it does’nt work. Now I realized I must be updated to CC 2018 version, which was not said before. I have 2017’s. I’m surprised why you didn’t mentioned it clearly before…

yes i am having a similar problem as well. files are not being located.

I am having this same issue: “First Issue: Unable to locate Media Files (Large number of them) Observation: It would seem as though the project is still showing your computers folder path F:\Work 2018\Templates… etc etc. I thought okay, let me “locate” these files of the unpacked content on my local drive. I can search and locate all “exact word” fiel replacements however upon attempting to locate them i get an error Error: “File import Failure”... The importer reported a generic error. I then found the FAQ solution of your support page showing to open your project of my respective resolution, locating media (im guessing) which i ran into again. And then resaved this on my local drive and tried to import. I have tried: Re-downloading zip file Restarting computer Unpack Zip file to a different folder Importing my project into your project and vice verca Still unable to locate those files. Can you assist please?”

I don’t have the updated premiere, so the project can run, can you send me an older version of this project? (i guess “600 seamless transitions” ) i’m now using the premiere version 12.0.0 and i can’t update it.

may I ask when I put the transition in between my clips it does;t do anything? it only has the sound. thanks for your help
