Hello, I love your product. It does not work with the 2019 update of AE. Will there be an update soon?
Also, using the 2018 version I would sometimes get an error saying something like “Motion Tile cannot allocate a buffer larger than 30000 pixels in either dimension” … So frustrating because I completed my whole project then it just wont render because of this. I hope there’s a fix!

There is no folder called CEP on my computer. Where should I copy the aar.vmaker?
Hi! Thanks for your purchasing. Check the path carefully. There are two folders in disc C – ‘Program Files’ and ‘Program Files (x86)’. You need the last one.
Other solutions: 1) If the path ‘C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\CEP\extensions’ doesn’t exist, create it.
2) Use this path: - In the explorer enter the text appdata \Adobe\CEP\extensions to the address line. Then copy aar.vmaker to opened folder.
I created the folder and it works. Thank you for the quick reply. One other question. When you export the video from After Effects, what settings do you use?
It depends on your tasks. I usually use 1920*1080, 25 fps, h.264(in MP4) via Adobe Media Encoder or h.264(in MOV) via After Effects
I’m seeing lots of folks running into problems, I have i5 Macbook Pro (2012) with an SSD and 16 GB ram, latest Adobe AE CC, all other AE projects from Videohive work but I’m not sure if this one would function without a hitch?
Hi! Your Mac is good enough but, of course, I can’t guarantee high speed with the configuration from 2012. All problems tend to relate to installation of an extension. Someone doesn’t have enough experience to work with After Effect or there’re particuar issues with customer’s workstations. But we’ve decided all problems.
