Hi! Thanks for your purchasing. I’m not sure that I understood you correctly. Can you clerify the question, please? Do you mean you need to hide text layers in your project? Just delete the text in “Text replacer” tool and click ‘Replace’ to hide it.

When trying to replace text, I get the error “Unable to execute script at line 1. undefined is not an object.”
When using a space ” ”, I can replace. Seems you cannot remove all text.
And then another big problem: I tried figuring it out for more than an hour why your templates were crashing when rendering. Since everyone I know renders 32bpc, I thought it would work with your templates as well (it’s set as default on my system). But your templates crash in 32bpc – in 8bpc work perfectly.

2) After Effects crashes because of overloading. There are lots of effects in these templates. Crashing depends on the power of your PC.

Thank you for the quick feedback! here’s what happen I double clicked a transition composition and added the background video and a simple text layer everything looks good in the timeline but when i tried to render it, it render only the text the transition with video background became invisible

At the “aescripts” doesn’t appears anything seems like doesnt have extension installed

2) Opern After Effects. Then go to Edit>Preferences>General> and check ‘Allow Scripts to Write Files and Access Network’

I successfully installed it onto my PC (Windows 10, using After Effects CC2018) however every time I apply any of the elements/templates/transitions I get the spinning wheel and a message in the progress bar saying ‘not responding’ then it crashes After Effects. Unfortunately, I have not been able to use any of the Video Maker features as yet. I have kept trying all week on different files – no luck. Is this a common problem, and is there a solution to fix this?

my videos are 50fps. there is no option in video maker for this frame rate. Any advice?
We are going to add custom frame rate next update. Fast solution: 1) Use 60fps as the default. Then open a main composition. Go to ‘Compotision Settings(Ctrl+K) and change ‘Frame Rate’ to 50.
On time when videomaker processing the video-clips whose frame work is different than those of videomaker, the output composition will contain repeated videoclips. Any idea?
