Hi. I cant get a 3rd mask to work correctly. The first two work fine.. but it shows the mask .. but when I try to add an image to it (literally ANY image) Nothing shows up behind it. All I see is the mask itself. Any ideas?
Hi pixelpusher,
can you hop on a chat with us please: https://chat.integnity.com (we need to have a look at your masks setup)
Best Regards, Tom
Hello, my 3D photo animator app that I purchased is not downloading. Please help me figure this out so I don’t have to ask for a refund.
Hi Michael, can you get in touch with our customer support team on help@integnity.com or https://chat.integnity.com please? We will be able to help you there.
Where should I download the installation file?
Hi there, your download should be in your downloads section on Videohive. There is no installation, you just open it in After Effects and the interface will be loaded automatically. Hope this helps but let us know on help@integnity.com if you have any further questions.
Hello, Im trying to export after following the export tutorial. When I change format to Quicktime, and then go to “Format Options” there is no option for me to select h.264. There is no way for me to scroll either within that window to search for other codec. There are an assortment of NTSC and PAL, and a GOPRO etc. But my window doesnt look like the one in the tutorial video.. Is that a problem with my AE? Any ideas for a workaround for an After Effects noob like myself?
Hi there, Adobe removed h.264 from After Effects completely so you’ll need to use a different codec in the newest AE
Quoting from Adobe forums: “H.264 files should be in an MP4 container. Apple never did a good job supporting h.264 in a QT container, it was buggy and unreliable, and they are not doing any further development. That is why it was removed”

Hey Integnity! Love the plugin. I saw you just updated it, but can’t find any update notes. Whats New?
won’t open on my Mac…using After effects cc….. it says project must be converted from win 64 version…converts…then blank screen
Hi Wesley, it should be working without any issues on Win or Mac. Can you send us a screenshot of the interface when you get the blank screen please? You can email it directly to our support here: help@integnity.com
Hello Tom, For what I’ve seen, Photo Motion Pro seems to be a fantastic software for 3D photos, but to be honest I’m not decided yet between Photo motion Pro and VoluMax. Can you tell me the differences or advanteges between your software and the other one? Also, can I use PS Elements 12 (it’s the version I have) to edit photos in the same way you use full version of PS to edit your photos and make layers? Thank you!
Hi videoheroe,
the main difference is the scope of the app itself – Photo Motion uses different types of projection, including professional 3D ones which work on most types of images. If you look closely, you will see that most of the other tools on the market use layer offset with combination of displacement maps, which means they will slice your image into, let’s say 20 layers and place these in fake 2.5D scene, not 3D. What this creates in return is pixel duplication as you move the camera and that’s the reason why these types of projections can only be used on certain types of images where you are not likely to notice these imperfections – you will now
We aim to create the most versatile product which gives user more options and ultimately better results in return. Photo Motion currently has 4 projections but new ones are already planned for our new update. And that’s just about technical side
we also have one of the most integrated customer care systems on the whole market with Video Courses, Quick Answers, User Forums, dedicated customer support team on email and live chat, as well as Talk to Pros (AMA) sessions.
Feel free to hop on chat with us (https://chat.integnity.com) if you have any further questions!
Best Regards, Tom

Hi Tom, Do you have any update news when the new update is going to be released. Thank you.
Hey zeinab,
we’re working hard to make the new update even bigger, better and more versatile than initially planned. But we have a couple of nice surprises prepared for our existing, as well as new customers before that, so definitely stay tuned.
Best Regards, Tom
Thank You tom. I have a feeling that my wife is going to divorce me because of you because I spend more time with Photo Motion Pro than her. Ha…Ha…Ha
Hi, Could you tell me the difference between your photo motion pro 3d photo animator and the volumax 3D photo animator available on videohive too ?
Could you explain to me the Workflow? Is it possible to use your product on different computer ? (for example, at work and at home)
Thanks you for your amazing work !
Hi there, we cannot really comment on other specific tools for photo animation, but you can always check out what others say about Photo Motion in their reviews (there are couple of them available on YouTube as well).
In terms of workflow, you can use it on a different computer, as long as that computer is used by you only (as the license is per user).
Hope this helps, but let us know if we can help with anything else.
great job!!
Very nice work!
Photo Motion Pro – Professional 3D Photo Animato work with apple final cut pro
At the moment we only support Adobe After Effects. Hope this helps, but let me know if I can help with anything else.
Tom
Will this work with comic book art or no?
It works with any kind of image, so yes, comic book art would work
Thank you Tom for producing the best Photo Motion in the market today and I we are sure your next project is going to be another super project.
Thanks Zeinab! Sure it will be
The tutorials alone, make this a phenomenal value, not to mention the tremendous functionality of Photo Motion Pro. The level of knowledge that is apparent in Photo Motion translates into a tool that has enough depth to produce stunning output for anyone willing to use the terrific tutorials. The high level of refinement makes this a tool that is only limited by the user’s imagination and willingness to work. It is everything it claims to be, and much more. Thank you for producing such a truly brilliant tool for content creators.
Thank you very much Richard for your kind words. We are glad you enjoy Photo Motion and can’t wait to see what you will create with it!
Tom
What is included in this update and do we have to redownload it!
Hi zeinab, this is just a maintenance update which fixes several bugs and includes preparations for our future functionality we want to bring to Photo Motion.
I read that you said you offered “double the functionality and flexibility than our closest competitor”. (I’m assuming you’re talking about Volumax) What are some examples of this functionality and flexibility?
Hi turhan,
Photo Motion is still the most advanced toolkit on the market with the most projection types available in one toolkit, more professional tools like per mask animations, video support and lot more. We respect efforts of our competitors so we don’t like sharing specific names of the competing products. If you want to learn more about Photo Motion, please visit https://help.integnity.com where you can watch our preview video course.
Or if you have any further questions, feel free to get in touch as we have our dedicated customer support team available on https://chat.integnity.com or help@integnity.com
I have loaded photomotion but my computer is not connected to the internet (work). How do I use this program and get the best results. Thanks Lou
Hi Lou, you don’t need an internet connection to use Photo Motion. It is only needed to get access to your Integnity account where you can activate it and watch our video courses, but it doesn’t affect the usability of the actual software.
Hope this helps but let me know if you have any further questions
Tom
