hello. I have question. is this easy to use?? Im the newbie on aftereffect. it can be click to use only one picture??

Hi tomeyok,

We have a full video tutorial series available for all customers, which will show you everything you need to know to master Photo Motion. We recorded these video tutorials in a way that is very easy to follow along, even for someone with a limited After Effects experience. If you want to have a sneak peek, you can find some preview tutorials on https://help.integnity.com

To your second question: you can convert unlimited number of pictures

Hope this helps, but let me know if I can help with anything else.

Tom

I’ve bought this using a different account. Having multiple issues.

I’m getting 15-30% cpu usage just by having a composition open (such as the slideshow comp).

When I try to add to Adobe Media Encoder’s render queue, AE (CC 2017) freezes and never recovers – no matter the image I have or the computer used. So it doesn’t work.

Can I have more than 3 slides in the slideshow?

How to fix these? Thank you.

Hi Artorius,

15-20% CPU usage seems about right when dealing with complex After Effects compositions (especially the ones that have multiple nested links inside). Depending on your operating system, After Effects tries to halt most of the CPU activity when not in use.

Adobe Media Encoder – known bug in the latest version of Media Encoder results in “spinning wheel” on some machines when dealing with complex nested compositions. The workaround for the time being is to use Render Queue. You can take this output and run it through Media Encoder if you wish to use it.

More than 3 slides – Absolutely, but we recommend rendering out your images first and using rendered files in the slideshow creator composition. This way you can take advantage of all assets in slideshow creator and use unlimited number of images without any noticeable impact on your CPU/GPU/RAM.

Hope this helps a bit but if you have any further questions, feel free to send us a message to help@integnity.com where we’ll be able to help you further.

Hi, Im very interest in this, looks awesome. Works with mac and windows at same, right? Other question, can I use HD or 4K resolution when I want or only 4K works? Best.

Hi there, yes, it works with both operating systems (in fact it supports any platform where you can run After Effects). In terms of HD/4K question – yes, you can output any resolution. Default is HD, but there is an option to switch to 4K if needed.

Incredible sales and great mood!

Hi, working my way through the tutorials – on the Speed/displacement animation, the depth of field blur works for one frame, and then everything blurs – what am I doing wrong?

Also, is it possible to go in and change your displacement map after you’ve keyframed the animation?

Thanks!

Hi there wigswest,

could you please send us a screenshot of the whole AE window where this blur glitch is happening to help@integnity.com please?

To your second question: Yes, you can replace displacement map after the animation by either going to the composition or in project files window (right click -> replace)

Hope this helps, but if anything, hop on a chat with us on https://chat.integnity.com

Regards, Tom

Hi Tom, Do you have any new news when the new update is going to be released as we are have been waiting for a long tome for something new for a while?

Hey zeinab, glad to see you back here! We are working on several new features for Photo Motion including brand new projections that will help you create some unique effects. This update will be free for all existing customers, so definitely stay tuned :)

Regards, Tom

I am sure it is going to be another 5 STARS project from you and also your sales is going to be more than 20,000 by this Christmas which it is a record for Videohive which never achieved before by any Author.

i love it but i hate it… i feel like you could have made it alot less confusing. and i feel like a 4 second picture video shouldnt take 11 hours to export, makes me feel like all that extra shit in the project (aka this entire plugin) effects the export time

Hi rackjamesbeats,

thanks for your feedback. Any export from Photo Motion shouldn’t take 11 hours, definitely not a 4 second one. With render times it really depends on multiple factors, but the five big ones are CPU, GPU, space on your disk where AE is saving cache, pre-caching and if you are using automatic clean plate instead of imported one (AE needs to recalculate this on every frame, which has negative impact on render times).

We ran a full benchmark on variety of computers, both Win and Mac (including 2012 Macbook Air with 4GB ram, which ended up rendering 5 second scene with 6 masks in about 70 minutes, but generally speaking comparable computers to Macbook Pro would render the scene in about 20-25mins)

Saying that, we are aiming to shred at least 35-40% of all projection render times in our upcoming update (as well as to add new animation tools that would allow for faster setup and ultimately lessen the render time). This update will be free for everyone with valid Photo Motion license, so definitely stay tuned

Thanks again for your feedback!

Regards, Tom

Forgot to mention one important thing which might have contributed to your 11h render time – make sure you crop your final comp to work area (4 seconds), otherwise it will try to calculate the whole 5 minute composition even when your animation ends after 4 seconds.

I want to make a video exactly like your Demo Preview with my Images/Logo. How do I do that?

1. Photo Motion is a toolkit to convert static pictures to animations. This means that you can add a static picture (from your camera for example) and convert it into a video file with your custom camera animation.

2. You can create slideshow from your animated pictures, but if you just need any slideshow (not Photo Motion related), then you don’t necessarily need to use Photo Motion to do that as this is not a slideshow template, but rather a toolkit to animate your pictures and then putting them into a slideshow.

Hi, so I was searching for some user who might have made something like how I want but all saw I was so many asking how to make something like your demo! One suggestion: You have good tutorials but if you could release one combining that with how to make the Pics created using PhotoMotion Pro into a similar slideshow would be Awesome and help tons of Buyers like me of your Product even if you used AE or Premiere CC. There are sooooo many asking for this. I hope your team releases this soon

Good idea, I will make sure we record something like this alongside our normal tutorials.

Regards, Tom

Great job. Everything is very harmonious and beautiful. Your work has made me interested in your portfolio. I wish you good sales and creative success!

Hello, I have purchased a copy of your plugin , created an account, activated the license on your website with the purchased code , but I still can’t use it. How can I download the installer file please ? Thank you very much for your help. Manuelo

Hi Manuelo, we have replied to your email. In regards to your installer question: there is no need to install Photo Motion – simply open it in After Effects like any other project file the whole app will load itself.

Regards, Tom

Hello, I would only buy your Intro Falling Images scene .. its seen in movie from 5second to 10second and your second Reverse Falling images scene in 19-21 secs… is that possible? Thank U Josef

Hi Josef, not at the moment, but we have Falling Images available for download for our customers (with our loyalty reward points).

Regards, Tom

I had to create a new account and tryed to register the licenscode. Got this answer: This license has been already activated

Hi Shadow_1, that’s because the license has been already registered on your first account – hop on a chat with us, we’ll do the license transfer (https://chat.integnity.com)

Hi,

I read a comment saying that Pixel & Stuff has moved from ‘free’ to a ‘points system’.

Can you confirm if that’s the case, and if it’s moved to points based, how many points do you get.

Many Thanks Ceri

Hi Ceri, that’s right, we moved our library to reward points – we call them “Pixel Coins”. They give us an option to reward customers for various things and just make the whole experience of using Pixels and Stuff a lot better than it was before.

Photo Motion itself comes with 35 Pixels Coins (+3 for creating account), but we regularly reward active users with additional coins for things like helping others on the forum, suggesting new features, giving feedback and so on. Hope this helps!

Regards, Tom

Thanks Tim

One of the effects I was interested was the ‘falling pictures’ so when I buy this package I can recreate the the intro you use for this promo video.

The 35 coins I get will more than cover that.

Cheers Ceri

hello, I’m registered and have been to help.integnity site…however I don’t see tutorial area. I registered and activated product a while ago and didn’t have time to focus in on getting the best benefit… now i am ready.. however… I don’t see the video tutorial area. I am registered under a different email than my envato email. is it possible that I am viewing older version of members area?

I see a new issue… when i hover over product – it says that my product is not activated however, when i enter my purchase ID – it says that the product is already activated… how can i fix this?

Can you contact our Activation Support at https://chat.integnity.com please?

ok Thank You

Hey there, got some pre-purchase questions… Is this something that can be used by someone with close to 0 AE and PS knowledge? I created an account on help.integnity.com, saw the videos that are available without a license key and hear terms like displacement projection, masks, etc… Having never heard of such things, will i be able to use this product to easily create that 3d effect you show on your preview video?

And how exactly does it work? Can i take any picture i have and just insert it and “fool around” with some controls and that’s it? Or do i need to do some complicated editing in PS before i can actually use it on AE to create the effect?

Thank you very much in advance…

Hi there, not at all – in fact, PS is not even needed (we’re just using it to speed up the masking process as it has some cool features that AE doesn’t have). We have step by step tutorials for everything included in Photo Motion, so you should be able to follow along even if you’ve never done anything in AE before (some basic knowledge of AE would help but it’s not necessary if you follow along with our video tutorials). Beyond that, we also have a customer support, chat, forums and FAQs available 24/7, so if anything goes wrong or you need help with something – just let us know :)

I bought it. Love it. How is this different than VoluMAX 3D?

Hi there, really interested to purchase the product, will be any other discount soon?

Hiya, right now there are no sales planned for the near future.

Hi, it shows “sale – 50% off” / USD 32 on the product image, but the actual price is USD 65. Am I missing something?

HIya, the promotion officially ended from Envato’s side at 2pm Wednesday Australian time which is 3am UK time so we will removing our promo images as soon as possible. Sorry for any inconvenience caused!

OK thanks for letting me know. I was just a bit surprised to see my cart’s value jumped GBP 150+ overnight

Too bad I’m a slow shopper.

Just purchased this, I love after effects…are there any tutorial series or just the introduction video in the zip file?

Glad you like it! We have a full video tutorial course + FAQs + community forums available on https://help.integnity.com :)

Wow, thank you for the fast reply…you deserve a raise!
