Hi! How do I see all elements sin the viewer? When I first downloaded and started this I saw them, but now when I havew quit and started after effects again they are disappeared. I’m not sure how I will see them. I don’t get them when I click on “folder”. Can you advise? Thanks!
Hi, That’s really weird. Make sure that your are using the latest version of the Big Pack and try to close other scripts (some third party scripts may interrupt stable work of the extension. For example “Curva”). If you will experience this issue in future, please email us your After Effects and OS version and your license code. Also, please, attach the screenshot.
So, should they all come up when I click on “folder”, or should I do something else? I have some other scripts. Is that a problem with your script? Not Curva though.
I see now I have one aeviewer and one aeviewerbp. The latest of them seem to work. Not sure why I have two though.
If you are using the AEviewer BP (Big Pack edition), they should be shown even without clicking on the “Folders” button. If you have tried to use AEviewer (full version) and there was nothing at all, maybe your trial version has expired.
Expired? I don’t think so, as I bought it last week, at the same time as I bought this big pack item. So how can I get that to work, full version? And what is the differences between the two? Thanks!
AEviewer BP – works only with the files from Motion Land. AEviewer (version from aescripts) – works with all files, plus it can create previews for .aep files, preview sound\video\images, preview and install fonts and even more. To use Big Pack with the full version of the AEviewer you can copy “Projects” folder of the Big Pack to any location and open it inside the AEviewer (full version). If you will have any questions related to the full version, please open the support ticket on the aescripts.com,
Hey Guys, I just upgraded to AE cc2018 Jan update. big pack is asking me to restart ae with admin privileges. which i did and then entering my license. which i did… and then it tells me there is a problem connecting to the internet. I checked and AE is authorized to access the internet on my firewall settings… any leads…? .

As I have you on hand… I purchased your 3 Products: aeviewer, Big pack and font manager…. are you thinking of customers like me who do not really want to switch from big pack to aeviewer at each time they want to access specific libraries?

Yes, you can add Big Pack folder to the AEViewer “Favorites” tab. You can find the path to Big Pack folder under the top center

Open “Favorites” tab and drag and drop your folder there.
that’s what I did as it was the natural way to do it.. and it doesn’t add it… as soon as I try to drag the cursor goes into “type a character mode”
Feature request: Would be useful if I could set a colour pallet which globally effected all assets. I’m pulling loads of big pack stuff in to a kinetic animation and each element needs manually setting to brand colours.

Hi, It depends on your OS. On Windows you can uninstall it as a regular program. On Mac you have to delete it inside the “extensions” folder.

Hi, I have answered you via email. Sadly After Effects CC2014 is not supported. The minimum required version is CC2014.2.

When I re-enter my purchase code on the newest AE update, I get a message saying to check my internet connection. This is not the case as I have gone through the same process with 3 other Envato bought items and have confirmed my purchase code with no problem on same connection. I have re-installed AE and your extension in the last hour with the same issue.
