I’ve tried to install the product multiple times on Windows 10. Have uninstalled ZXPInstaller, reinstalled, restarted, re-downloaded, etc., but every time I still get an error message – ‘Installation failed because of a file operation error.’ Any ideas on what to do?

Sorry, I just clarified this point and I was wrong in my first comment. For each new customer/end product, you need to purchase a new license. If your client is going to show the end product for free (YouTube, website, facebook, etc.) then a Regular license is sufficient for each final product. If your client is going to make a profit from displaying the final product (DVD, web Cinema, including showing on TV), then you need to buy an extended license for each similar end product. Hello! Why your AE CC2017 looks like AE CS6?) Its Definetly not CC2017. Please make sure that you trying to install it IN CC2017. We test in on 4 PC and 2 MAC systems CC2014 CC2017 CC2018 and it works fine.
