Thank you. Сould you clarify what you mean by “Glitch Effect”. If you mean Chromatic Abberation then they simply cannot be removed.
Excellent Template! Just one comment … I think it is easier for the Video placeholders, to have only one long Comp ( with marks that refer to the cuts on the main timeline ), where you can place all the Videos and images together … instead of so many Comps. This is useful when you want to use the same video in more than one place. Still … great work.
By the way … I used the free font Montserrat ExtraBold Italic and it matches perfectly.

You can, but it is not so easy if you are beginner in After Effects. And the second, I suppose it will not be nice video without background at all.

No, you can`t. You can use only Full HD(1920×1080) and lower resolution with the same ratio, for example 960*540 and etc.
I can not figure how to insert a music. I insert the track (mp3 or wav) on the RENDER ME but i can’t hear it, can you help me please? Thanks.

It is not ok. You must hear track in “Render me” compositions. Check that Sound is On on Preview Panel. Waiting for your answer.
