Very disappointed ! its only 3D video render, I thinking when I bought it we had the editable Element 3D Clock.
In the description, special for your and everybody as you is clearly says “Attention! This project has all pre-rendered CG layers”. Just enough to read description, is it? It is always very unpleasant when my rating decreases due to your carelessness…
You are right I don’t see your pre-rendered CG Layer mention, but when I looking at the right side description: required plug in – Element 3D V2 needed. So I conclude the Clock obj was included. So I was disappointed when I opened the AFX project.

Try first to find lessons “how to use luma mask in AE”. It is not difficult. I’m sure that you will succeed.

Hello. This project does not contain any textures. Perhaps this texture is used by Element 3D. Please make sure that you have the full version of this program.

Hello, Element3D need to create 3D-version of the logo at the end of Opener. But this project also contains the 2D-version of the logo, therefore you can do without Element3D plug-in. For all other compositions Element3D not needed because all layers are pre-rendered. And.. Yes AE CC should work without any problems.

Just bought this project and I’m very disappointed. First the footages are in H264 and you can see it ( “Time_Background_Loop.mov” for example ) but the most important thing is that all the Pre-rendered footages are merged with the background ! You can’t change the background, I think it’s just crazy. For me this template is just unusable as it’s sold. I was aware that the clock was pre-rendered but why did you merge it with the background ?
Because this is lite version of project.. and “This project has all pre-rendered CG layers” – as it is said in description. If you need a separate background – email me, I will send it to you for free. In addition, available fully editable version with all layerwise sources (.mov PNG + Alpha), including 3D scenes. Although the price is, as you understand, will be different.
As for h264 – it is a just necessity.. because Envato not allows to place files more than 1GB. But codec PhotoJPEG 95% (for example) will significantly exceed this limit. I’m not a supporter of h264 as well, but in this case I have no choice. Write me an email, I’ll send you PhotoJPEG sources.
I saw that the project has “all pre-rendered CG layers” in your project description. But the truth is that this project has “all pre-rendered CG layers merged with background so you can’t change a thing” witch is not what you wrote. And it’s not a price matter to merge backgrounds and foregrounds, I bought a lot of things here and that’s the first time I can’t even change the color of the background. As I said, I don’t need the 3D sources ( and I understand that this should be more expensive ) and I don’t need the separate background but I need to buy projects I can tweak a little bit.
Ok, I can render the mask for all objects (w/o background). With it you can change the background color. Do you want this solution?

And one more thing: I once again appeal to my dear buyers, before writing negative feedback about my work, it might be worth one more time to carefully read the description: “all pre-rendered layers” – it means “ALL pre-rendered layers”. And ”.MOV H264 50Mbps sources” – it it means H264.. I’m not so long ago on Envato.. I spend on such projects at least a month of daily work, and I always ready to assist you in solving any difficulty associated with this project .. but what I see in the comments? .. Thank you for your understanding.
It’s nice to you to put the mattes for the 3D objects. I know that making a template is a lot of work and my comments were not supposed to be mean. But usually, when you buy a template at Videohive with the “pre-rendered layers” description, you find background/foreground ( 3D object most of the time ), pre-rendered Lens flares and Color correction. Your customers can’t use a full merged project. And the H264 issue is definitely coming from that. If you don’t merge the 3d layers with the background, your videos files will be lighter and better. Once again, thank you for sending the mattes ( I know that you don’t have to ) and please take my comments as a way to improve your templates and not an angry critic.

This looks so exciting! Awesome clock mechanism animation. One of the best projects to my taste 
Hello I have purchased at least 20 Element 3D projects – including this one – on Videohive and this is the WORST misleading cheat job and a total disappointment. there is no model of the clock or 3D scene at all. Just pre comps to add text over a pre-rendered clip(s).
By “Element 3D required” it is understood that you can usually see , look at, manipulate and study the objects in a 3D scene – the entire project – set up a stage, change the textures , lighting, camera movement, timing, time line, frame rates, resolutions and more.
At first I was very impressed by this project and intrigued by the Camera work, model and texturing…. and I purchased it to make a rusty and shiny damaged of clock rendered from various angles and turned into a “TIME”-travel theme / 2-minute titles intro trailer with complex new and old materials. Instead, I am stuck with the same footage anyone else who downloads it will get. At the very least, the creator could have included a element 3D “starter” scene .
This project deserves MINUS 5 stars for this. Especially for the $32 asking price. What a WASTE of money. It – and the entire project – is now in the garbage.
Other Element 3D authors include models, texture samples, sample scenes and lighting. Even if it’s not perfect, it’s something to work with. I don’t need to pay $32 to have “opener text” typed out and placed on top of an existing footage.
JUST DISGUSTING that you take $32 for this. Screw you. You should be ashamed of yourself.
You are not very polite, my friend. And if you are doing 3d production, you need to understand that there are no miracles, and the project with such high detail can’t be made entirely in the Element3D. In addition, in the project description clearly says that the project pre-rendered and Element3D applies only packshot. In any case, especially for someone like you, I will correct the description to avoid misunderstandings in the future. So. I recommend you contact the Envato and return the money. This project really do not need for you. Sorry.
Still would like to add some word… I spent on the creation of this project for over a month. And if you think that $32 – it is very expensive, then please send me an email and I will personally refund you the money. And, perhaps, you not worth buying my projects, because they too uncomplicated for you. Thanks.
