Hi there!. Yes there is a 3min long version under ADD Ons folder in the left panel. Just open up that composition to render.

Hi there. In the template, there are some blurring effect and I don’t want that effect to be shown in my rendering. Is there any way to take it out? Thanks.
The blurring effect you are talking about is the depth of field from the camera in each sequence. If you want to remove that depth of field look You will need to maunaully turn this of where the camera has been used. by clicking on the camera layer in each composition and in the drop down you will find a depth of field enable disable. Yes you can. Just move the timeline scrubber to where you want the in point to start and press the letter B on you keyboard. Move the scrubber for your out point and press the letter N. this will set your render region.
Hi there, I already downsized all photos to 72dip, each photo is about 700kb even less. I followed your tutorial setup to render. My final video (extended version) is so laggy and with big file size (28.2GB). Any suggestion how to solve?
Hi there. It looks like you rendered at the highest quality render. It must have been a lossless .mov render? You can check the file format of the rendered file to see what you rendered at. Have a look at the render settings in the tutorial again. It should be the .h264 settings. If you still having issues. Please contact me via my profile page to communicate via email.

Hi there! It just means the location that you are rendering too might have been deleted or moved. You just need to click on the output to: in the render panel and select a new location for the render. Kind regards.
Hi, Two questions here.
1. When I try to render extended version, there is a pop up windows says “757 footage files required to render composition “Masaic Photo Reveal Extended” are missing.” Whats’ wrong with that?
2. Can I adjust the photo falling time slower?

Hi there! When you initially open up the project do you get any missing files? It seems like maybe the project files are in a different location to the .aep file? Or maybe it was save to a different drive? No worries you can try and relink all the files again. You just need to select one of the missing files in the project panel on the left, you can tell it is missing with a multi coloured bar and you just need to locate the new file path by right clicking it and locate media or relink. This will relink all the missing assets all in one go.
It is not as easy to control the photos speed because there are other factors that you would need to adjust if you do so. I would only recommend it If you are quite comfortable with after effects and know your way round you can play around with the animation keyframes to adjust it.

Hi there, is there any possibilty to inject pictures from a folder directly into the layers in your project ? Maybe a script ? It’s kinda boring to drag and drop 100 pictures and even more when we got multiple project to render. Any help ? Cheers

hi there! oooh. unfortunately, when you delete a composition in the project panel, it will unlink from the timeline and other composition that connect to it. it will be hard to put it back in its place.
There is one possible way – if you have autosave turned on, there should be a folder called Adobe After Effects Auto-Save in where the .aep is stored. In here you might be able to roll back to a previous edit before you deleted that composition?
If not, im sad to say, you might have to start again… 
Does the tutorial video have audio? I tried to play it with VLC, Quicktime and Windows Media Player but I’m not getting any voice or music. I can play other videos with audio just fine. Am I missing something? Thanks.
Hi there! No you are not missing anything. I just chose not to add any VO audio to the tutorials. But instead use graphics and type to explain the steps. Regards

Hi there! Unfortunately it’s a bit difficult to do that unless you are very familiar with using after effects. The template currently is set to using exactly 100 photos. Sorry about that.

Using the :30 version, can I use images with transparent backgrounds and get the same result? I’m not talking about the final image, but the photos that fly in and land. Example: a lion—but everything around him has been cut out and see-through; png.
Hi there! Yes that is possible. When adding your image with a transparent background to the Composition, you just need to hide or delete the solid layer in the timeline. Thats it!
You claim that photos should be 1920×1080. So I spent hours and hours re-sizing and cropping 100 photos. But when I import them into your program, they display at 1080×1080. Why do you say 1920×1080 in your FAQ?
Hi there. 1920×1080 is a good reference as most photos are landscape. Most people will drop any size photo in generally. It is a guide for those wanting to scale down and to set a dimension so images wouldn’t be smaller than that for quality purposes. It gives the flexibility to move the image around to set their position to how they like. Yes the display on the video is a square. It was intended for those wanting to just drop a photo in without needing to resize and crop, but in your case you needed to cut transparent backgrounds, which I can see why the sizing is important. Because it is transparent, you could scale the image down to fit?
Thanks. One more question—In Photo Mosaic Reveal Feature (the short one) can I adjust the speed of the photos? I would like to put copy in the first three frames but they’re too fast to read. The rest can go normal speed. Just need to slow up the first three.
There is no “Effects Control Checkbox Effects” to the right of “Projects” in the upper left of AE CC 2017. Use the Timeline? If so, it is completely unclear how to adjust the effects. Examples-”Lights > Effects > Lights > Checkbox > Compositing Options +/- > Mask Reference 1” So how do you adjust Lights? “Checkbox Photo Numbers > Effects > Photo Numbers > Checkbox > Compositing Options +/- > Mask Reference 1” So how do you adjust the number of photos (in the Photo Mosaic Reveal Feature)?
I turned off Lights and unchecked the ‘fx’ on Light Leaks. Did nothing. There are still Lights and Light Leaks.
