Hi there! You could check out the special feature add on, this is about 30secs, that might work better for you? It focuses more on the photos falling to the end reveal. You could remove scenes from the original sequence and try get a 30sec video if you prefer that. You will still need 100 photos however for the reveal to work at the end.

You can try redownloading the file again by going to your username at the top and clicking on the downloads tab. You will see the purchased file. Download and see if that helps. Only the video. The pictures are ok.

Hi can you describe what is happening for the reveal. If you are able to show me what’s happening I’ll be able to determine what is wrong. So you’ve rendered the video and just before the reveal do you see the mosaic?

What file size are you wanting? obviously if you are wanting a much lower file size, the quality will drop and will become pixelated. What is the current size of the video now? If you want to change the file size,I recommend using media encoder that is part of the adobe suite to modify your settings to see what works for you and what you will be happy with. I do touch a little bit on this in the tutorials. best regards

Mi file (quick time) is about 3 500 000 KB. Is that a normal size for a 1,5 minute video? I even reduced the quality to “draft” and set the resolution to “half”. Rendering takes forever if I let the resolution “full” and say “best” quality.

What is the file format of the 3500000kb. .mov? Prores? Animation? Yes if it is, this normal. I always will render best resolution and try to convert the file in media encoder after. Just drag that 3.5gb file into media encoder and change the settings. I recommend the h264 codec. I touch on this in the tutorial.

Hi there. Yes pure White and Blacks will not reveal the images as well as coloured images. Try adding an off white background or changing the opacity of the white background to a be 90% translucent, so the images will be able to show through. You can do this by clicking on the white background layer and by pressing T on the keyboard, you are able to change the transparency. Hope this helps. regards

Hi there! Unfortunately it is not that easy to change the size of the square as there are a lot of factors that will affect the end mosaic reveal to work. It will require a bit of a rebuild to change to rectangle. I’m sorry about that.

Hi there! The photos do not need to be square cut. Any size photo is fine. You’ll just need to adjust, scale up or down the image to fit the square box. Regards
