Hi Guys, I send a ticket out but I have yet to get a reply from it. There’s something wrong with the file. I can’t seem to load it onto the dashboard so i have to use the old version instead. Also , how do I resize the from 4k to 1080p standard screen? I keep doing new composition and set it to 1080 but nothing to seems to be working. It goes back from 4k.

The new version only work with Motion Factory toolkit in After Effects. Are you coming with an update which use Essential Graphics directly in Premiere and is that update version 4.0?
Hi, Actually we’re kind of finding out how to do that, so yes it might be available fir Essential Graphics soon, and Version 4 is on the way 
Thank you for your honesty. Use of Essential Graphics between After Effects and Premiere was one of the biggest news for Adobe in Abril 2017 and I think this is what we all are waiting for. I do not think it’s worth spending time to develop another product which dont take advantages of Adobes Essential Graphics. It´s much faster to stand in Premiere and just make the changes to the text and colors. I hope this will help you with your product development strategy. You already did a nice work, so following the Adobe product features is the best for your clients and your sales. Thanks a lot

You are welcome. I have exported some of them as Essential Graphics templates and use the directly in Premiere. That´s an amazing time saver and I can imagen that many other would like to do the same, since many videos is created in Premiere. If you make Essential Graphics Templates of your nice looking product, it would be even better. It could maybe be a new product, which clients can buy, maybe with a discount if they already have the After Effect product. Just an idea….Thanks

Hi, I am using Minimal V – 10, how can i change individual line color, for example i want to change the first line the word “Have” to green while others remain white
I understand that you need to use exact same number of words in a template. However it is ridiculous to be forced to use the exact number of letters in a word as well. When there is a 5 character word, I try to use a 6 character word instead, But when I do so, it ruins the outcome. We are buying these templates because we are not AE experts. So how can we use the exact same number of letters in every template. If I can not use it even with that little flexibility, then I suppose this template is useless for me. Probably the other 3500 people are AE experts, I don’t know. But I am not. I need simplicity in a template. Please describe me how I can write a 6 letter word, replacing a 5 letter word without ruining the outcome. Thanks.

Hi, thanks for the screenshot video you sent me regarding my issue, it helps a lot. By the way, in the video you sent, I see that on the left side of your screen, you can see the “previews” of the templates. (In boxes on the left side of your screen) I can not see them the way you see. I’ve sent you a sreen video too, regarding that. That is very useful to see the previews there, like on your screenshot video. How can I activate that on my screen too? Why can’t I see those previews like you see it on your screen? It would be great to see them like you do. What am I missing here? I think it is the “Type Builder” tool which is free download on your pixflow page. But the windows download link doesn’t work. I put my email there and when I submit, it doesn’t work. Nothing happens.

I’m sorry, That was my bad, We haven’t added the premium part of the Typoking to the Motion Factory yet, but in the next few weeks Typoking will be added to Motion Factory, so by the time, to run Typoking please copy “Typoking.jsxbin” and “Tpoking -Assets” folder into “Script UI panels” then open After Effects and navigate this path ” Windows>Typoking Assistant.jsxbin ” and import the “Typoking.aep” into After Effects.
Do you have a PDF download of images from all the different types of text?

Hi there, Please open the composition that You need to change the size and press (CTRL+K) to see composition setting dialog, enter new values in the Width and Height fields, click OK to close the Composition Settings dialog.
and how to scale text, also if i do Add to render then choose Output module then Resize, is it correct or not? Thanks
Hi again, With a type tool active, select the text layer in the composition panel to display the bounding box handles. Position the pointer over a handle—the pointer turns into a double arrow —and do one of the following: 1 – Drag to resize in one direction. 2 – Shift-drag to maintain the proportion of the bounding box. 3 – Ctrl-drag (Windows) or Command-drag (Mac OS) to scale from the center. As for the other question, by choosing the size in the output module, You resize the comp and all layers inside but by resizing in the composition setting, You just resize the composition not the layers.

Hi, Actually by regular licence You will be able to use whole project once and there is no Multi us licence on the Videohive but this product is a huge project so in this case we made an exception just for our customers, So, You can buy one extended licence and use it as a Multi use licence.I hope You enjoy it

Hi, Please make sure that you copiedTypoking Assisnt.jsxbin” script and its folder into “Script UI Panels” Folder. Also, please go to edit >preferences> General> enable “Allow scripts to write file and access network”. but if the problem still remains please open a ticket in our help desk and our help staffs help you ASAP .
